Airtel — network down for more than 2 hours

I am working in hebbal region bangalore. Today from 11.30 am there has been no service. It is now 2.00 pm. This is absolutely unacceptable and too much inconvenience. If a consumer doesn't pay bills on time you levy late charges then why shouldn't it be implemented in the reverse direction also? The number of network outages you have which causes us to not use our phones for hours together, there should be money paid to the consumer for causing inconvenience.

The worst network I have ever used. I will take this to social media. Call drops all the time. For hours together call doesn't connect. Very frustrating. Can't talk can't use data.
