Airtel — network issue never resolved | |
Waiting or almost six months, constantly following up with airtel customer service get my network issue resolved, all in vain No body has bothered to visit my place to assess the issue. All i receive is one generic response that they are working on the upgradation. Six months past and nothing worked, customer services refuses to give a timeline for resolution. Sent an email to nodal, and they asked me to wait for another week, post one week will complete appleate and launch a consumer redressal Have vented out my frustration in constant tweets and fb posts Don’t know what to do. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 12, 2018 Poppie panduan's response But my transaction was not successful. Kindly refund the money or provide the service for the plan

I have recharge for 449 but it remains for 28 days only and I don't received my internet pack and I am left with no other option then as to lodge an FIR against u and move to the court
