[Resolved] Airtel — Network Issue - very poor Indoor signal strength | |||||
Ref # c3gsp[protected] / c3gsp[protected] / ref44889059 /sr75228656 I;m facing network issue at my location (Inside my home to be specific). The signal strength is too weak where the call gets disconnects frequently. Complaint was logged on apr 5th, but no proper response from the customer care (Apart from auto emails). Such as - we can check that the outdoor signal quality in your area is excellent. The problem you are facing could be due to inadequate indoor coverage. We would like to inform you that we are continuously working on expanding our network and your inputs are taken for future network planning. Open network status shows that the signal strength is excellent but this is false (Snap attached). I had requested for engineer's site visit to check the indoor signal strength and give the report for the same, but my request is not considered till now. Due to this issue i deactivated my postpaid connection ([protected]). I have three prepaid active connection right now. Also i live in city not in rural area. Airtel claims they are india's # 1 network, but it is a false statement. Request you to please consider this on priority and do the needful. Info shared till now : 1. Location where you are facing the issue, do mention if any landmark nearby with pin code. #530 1st floor 12 th main near mobility india jp nagar 2 nd phase bangalore 560078 2. Number of signals: 1 to 2 (Inside the house) 3. Error message: No message, call with disconnect if picked inside the house. (Data also slows down) 4. Sep 25, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Still same issue, no proper signal inside. Company has not taken any steps to resolve the issue. I myself got it really by installing landline phone. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Airtel customer executives are straight forward rude as they don't let the customer explain the issue in details and keeps interrupting mid-speech. I have been facing the same issue for a month and their approach is as unprofessional every time. They say that they will fix it but all they send is an auto generated sms stating "poor indoor coverage". Even if I'm using the device near a window or on my balcony, I can't seem to get the 4G I used to experience. Are we supposed to use our device outdoors ? Customer executives should know that it is rude and unprofessional to end the call without the consent of the customer. Also answer specifically to what has been asked instead of shoving "I have taken your conplaint. Thank you for calling Airtel have a nice day" to our faces. They sound like toy-robots. It's time these fools gets fired or else the company is doomed.
I'm facing a network issue from past 1 year...airtel claims that it is the best network ( fastest network of India)...this is false ...I launched many complaints regarding the network issue but no response from airtel customer care ...soon after i launched a complaint i received a msg stating "your problem will be resolved as our team is working on it " ...from how many months is tht team is working to resolve the problem????and also it's like waste of money spending on unlimited plans ...

I have been facing issues with airtel network signal (1 and 2 bar signal always indoors and outdoors ) and data connectivity (1 kbps whereas i have subscribed to 4g plan) at my residence in village -Karmauli, block- Kaluahi, Dist- Madhubani.
I raised several complaints but no action till now. I have a total of 5 airtel connections.
I am a software engineer doing work at home now due to covid pandemic.
My husband is also using the airtel no [protected].
I have my own house even though I am staying at my relative's house because of a bad network issue.
