Sir,

My Mobile no. [protected]
My monthly plan 199.
April 6th I paid my last month bill.

I received a series of sms as i have exceed the limit of 1700 and need to pay or else service will be disconnected.
[protected]:35pm) - Rs.4763
[protected]:12pm) - Rs.6991
[protected]:48pm) - Rs.8102.

As per the My Airtel app all my data, voice & sms is in limits. After April 6th to today in 10days my outstanding bill in more than Rs.8000 and increasing at a rate of Rs[protected]/day. when I checked with customer they are tell me to pay the bill or else your service will discontinues.
I posted a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com, with respect to that i received a call form executive who don't know how check the outstanding billing details.
Then I posted a mail to nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com; nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.in with respect to that i got a response to wait 1 month to get the next bill get generated to actual understand the reason behind why i am receiving such high amounts without exceeding the limits.

After I started getting like these ridiculous sms i stopped my data and restricted the use of outgoing calls and sms. But todays i again got a msg that i have to pay Rs.8102.

No executive or Nodal office knows or can't able to check in system and tell my why I am getting this much amount o[censored]nbilled amount.Then the unbilled amount is going beyond my credit limit of Rs.1700. Then for what reason they have kept this credit limit, and they have a system to send automated msg that i have to pay 8102 but that system never tells for what reason or service i have to pay the amount.

I am fed up of this daylight robbery. Airtel is having a good network coverage and also good in cheating and stealing from customers too.

Need help to resolve this issue.

    Greetings sir/madam. i started new mobiles sales & service center in santosh nagar, Hyderabad, telangana. for airtel prepaid recharge i contact with mr pradeep([protected]) sales agent in santosh nagar area for demo sim to recharge prepaid airtel mobiles. and he visited to our shop 25 days back and he received from me my Aadhar card and photos for sim activation. after that he is not responding calls, whats app nothing. when we call him immediately he rejects our calls. what shall i do please help us. customers asking for recharge but we don't have a demo sim. please help us and send any other sales agent.

        Airtel is making unauthorised money reduction from main account of [protected]. When try to deactivate, Airtel is not responding properly. It sends reply without any sense. Please deactivate ERO VIDEOS fro above given phone number. I want the airtel deactivate ERO VIDEOS immediately and refund the money airtel has taken from my main account. I never signed up for this service. It got activated without my permission.

          I m updating some points from earlier complain so please take a review of it.
          I had purchased airtel two new no. From employee Mohd Kayumm (employee code- D27726) On
          24th March 2017 i.e. [protected] and [protected]. All things like payment, verification, etc are done properly and number also activated timely but FRC ( First Recharge) from them is still pending..
          I have conversation with him also before two days and he told me that I deposit all money to senior or TL( sales head- Rahul dixit, Abhishek ghosh. TL- sushil ) and many times asking for it but they are not processing your recharge.
          Because of this I m practically handling very much problem.
          I m requesting to solve this problem as soon as possible so that I can use my number free of mind.

          I just purchased new Airtel sim no. [protected] and recharged with FRC Rs. 148. I also verified by calling at 59059 but I do not get any confirmation message and my sim not activated till now. Please do the needful.

              I have been receiving alert calls of Airtel services on my Vodafone number. My number is DND register. It's a harassment to receive such calls in middle of the day or in a meeting.

              I want you to take an immediate action on the same & stop this non-sense.

                Call drop issue not resolved after alot of complaints..

                Dear Airtel service providers,
                we are using Airtel postpaid CUG sim in Permanatpur area in Jaunpur District. we are facing lots of call drop issues and also network connection issues at our numbers when we are in our office and also in office premises. there are 30 staffs who uses here airtel CUG sim and on a regular basis mobile network issues frequently happens. we have also lodged many complaint to customer care officer but only they gave time for resolving this issue but do nothing till date.
                if this type of problem not resolved within 2-3 days then we are barred to change our postpaid CUG numbers and will take another service providers services.

                  Airtel 399 plan promised to give 1gb data per day for 70 days, but they are giving the paln for only 28 days.in my airtel app it was showing under best offers that 399 plan gives free calls and 1gb data per day for 70 days, but it is not what they had promised.
                  I feel cheated now. Please look into the matter asap.

                    Its horrible and disgusting that airtel no. [protected] having main balance as 412 ts and 399 plan showing in best offer in airtel app as well as in msg and 121 msg but not able to subscribe or recharge.its very disgusting.the money as balance was earlier utilized.keeping the balance why I waste another 399 rupee.so please airtel may give the activtation of this plan earliest and confirm it.really don't want to use airtel services. Very careless of customer. Accord priority.for airtel appriarate authority.

                      Airtel launched Rs.244 Plan for prepaid customers with 70 days validity. I subscribed to the plan immediately on 14/04/2017. But they validated the plan for only 35 days instead of 70 days. airtel cheating on customers with fake plan promise.

                        I had made two transactions on irctc using airtel money which had failed. Both the amounts were same and I got the reversal( refund) for the same within the next two days. The amount was suddenly deducted yesterday. There is no response from calling their customer care( it doesn't get through), no emails to correspond, however I found one and communicated, but to no avail, no response. Next I sent my complaint on twitter and they asked me to DM my number which I was unable to do via the link given( because they were being marked /' flagged suspicious'). How do I resolve the issue and get my money back.?

                            I purchase recharge card of 1000 Naira on 7th for my subscription, immediately i recharge all the money was deducted, on Friday around 11:36pm, i recharge another 1000 Naira it was also deducted, which i forward the complains to the customer care center, I was told is a machine error, which automatically deduct the credit for vedio Google which i was told the money can't be refund.
                            I want my recharge card or money refund back to aviod damage of image identity.
                            I don't mind going to any level or cost i will acquire doing that.

                              I uploaded money to my airtel money account (Mobile No. [protected]). It is a 4G router number & not a mobile number. So to make bill payments, i can not receive MPIN which is received by SMS on same number. Now airtel customer care does not have any way to refund my money. I want my money back. Customer care people are telling me to visit airtel store. Airtel store people are telling me they can not solve this problem, only airtel money customer care can solve this. i feel cheated. My money struck with airtel for many months now. they dont ask MPIN while you upload money to your account. But when you have to make payments from same account, they ask MPIN. It is wrong policy to steal people money. Please help me.

                                  Airtel has NO 4G in Whitefield area. Yet, they have actively processed the payment for the 4G data. On inquiry, was told 4G wouldn't be up till 2-3 months, for some issues! I need compensation. This would be cheating to have taken the amount for the 4G data and not providing it.

                                        Greetings,

                                        I was using airtel broadband service from last one year. Recently i have stopped using that service. During the time os disconnection, i was requested to make payment of 1500 rupee and paid it thru cheque.

                                        Now from last 10-15 days, i am getting calls from airtel and they are asking me to make payment again, as their records not updated properly.

                                        Lasttime when i received a call from airtel customer care they requested me to submit all the proofs for the bill payment and i shared, later there is response from their end.

                                        Today i received a call from legal department stating that they have failed a complaint against me due to that i have not made the payment.

                                        I would like to rise this complaint with consumer court as i am not getting proper response from airtel.
