[Resolved] Airtel — Network issue voice break call drop | |||||
I m using airtel service from last 10 years but from 2-3 years your service very poor i m ccompletely dissatisfied your services specially in network unavailablity most of the places & call drop problem. Most of the time during talked with friends or famaily problems i m facing voice breaking issues call is aautomatically droped & disconnected & charges same was deducted in my account. I was tried to logged my complaints many time on 198 & 121but unable to talk to ccustomer service officer. My no is [protected]. If it is not resolve before eod we for idea. Unable to connect while dialing to BSNL landline. getting response " This is not valid number" I have added +91 before the STD code also but no use..
I had raised complaint to Airtel customer support also, they said our end no problem sir..
Please resolve this issue..

Hi Team, I have Airtel mobile network signalling problems when I try to call somebody from my airtel connection. Sometime suddenly my voice breaks some tile opposite side voice signal breaks. Sometime disconnect the phone or some time while dialing the opposite side Number but no ring tone and call gets disconnect. I am facing this issue from last 6 months. I am not able to call to anyone from my airtel connection.For a 1 minit talk in a single dial my work gets finish now days takes 5 to six mints and i have to call number of times.Unnecessarily i have to pay some more amount every month which airtel will not deduct from my account. A joking answer from the Airtel team is 3G network has some problem in My Nallasopara East (Thane401209) location but it will get resolve soon.till date technical team is working on it...very funny!!! From last two months i continuously calling Airtel peoples and i am getting same answer all times. I told Airtel person if I am in Mumbai i no network signal problem...no voice breakdown...No disconnection but when i am in Nallasopara location problem starts. In mumbai I am using 4G network and in Nallasopara also I am using 4G network..".WHAT IS THE DIFFERENT BETWEEN THIS TWO NETWORKS?" but when I try to call signal will change to 3g and after that 2G, and during this time voice is breaking I can't hear clear voice. I am facing this problem since 4 months, even I have tried many times to make complaints, but still all in vain. So please do the needful ASAP.
