According to my previous complaint i think you got my problem.
I think you have not started your step to solve this problem i and your executive who work for you in the following branch which i stated above were reminding us again about this.
I need a quick solution as it's becoming very difficult for my communication.
I want the problem to be solved as quick as possible....

Need your help as i have raised my recharge query on last monday date 5.06.2017 but still no solution given by airtel, airtel executive has given me wrong information, sunday on 4th june 17 i have discussed with customer care executive about recharge i have asked him one question if i'll do recharge for 1year then what benefit will you provide to me then that girl said don't do recharge of 1 year do recharge of 10 months & you will get 2.5...

I am constantly calling your company for new broadband, dongle connection. But your sales team has negative legacy of never reply me. Plz if you do not want to sale your product then try to inform your valuable customers. If your service is not able for few areas then it is your duty to tell about that to your valuable customers.

I am unable to call any jio number, when i am trying to call any jio number it is automatic disconnect. This problem is from the staring when i was buy airtel sim, when i call customer care on 198 and 121 there is no option to talk with any care executive,, please solve my problem as soon as possible,

I have recharged my airtel number with 349/- prepaid plan (That gives you 1 gb data per day) almost 10 day ago but got data only day one. Since then i haven't received any data, even rs 200 deducted on next day for over use.
On a very first complaint they respond saying your sim is 3g and plan is for 4g.
On same day i upgraded my sim to 4g. But even after that 4 days of sim upgrade issue is same and they are not bothering....

I got offer to recharge with airtel 399 plan and get 70 days validity unlimited call and 1 gb data per day. Recharged with 399 my airtel no [protected] on 14th may 2017 and today 12th june 2017, got message that my validity has ended. This company is cheating customers, trying to compete with jio with fake offers. This is robbery. When you call customer care, you just get automated replies and can't reach customer care executive. This is going on for a long time now. Bill of someone else is sent to my email. I had complained and got a reply that the information is corrected. However, even today i got the bill for some other number.

Can airtel not verify the email of the person they are sending the email to. This is nothing but mental harassment. The actual person must not be getting his bill or is this some fake email and mobile number?...

Hi i deepak i recently started using airtel 4g network and i recharged for rs 399 pack o[censored]nlimited calls + 250 mb 3g data and extra data 70gb for 70 days (1gb per day) on 4g sim and h/s. I got 1024+250 mb on 1st day as per plan. I used abt 650mb tht day but nxt day morng when i checked my remaining data its only 380 mb. Recharged with a voucher if 103/- rs on 4 jun 2017. I was promised a data of 585mb data for 15 days validity but i felt cheated when only 300mb data for 10days was given to me on my airtel no. My name is abuthahir.. My airtel phone number [protected].. I recharged 1gb data 1 day for 56 ruppe (9/6/2017) at 6 33 pm.. Then i got a new message from airtel, congratulations.. Your 1gb data validity has been extended for 10 days... When i got this message from airtel i redused using of my 1gb data... Cause 10 days remaining.. But the day 12 am (10/6/2017) ended my 1 gb data.. So that my 1 gb data is wasted... My downloading...

I am on airtel infinity plan (Postpaid plan of inr 549+ taxes) where i am supposed to get 3gb of data on 4g device. These guys cancelled my postpaid to prepaid conversion request two times.
I have submitted my all documents and bill also but they are blaming each others themself. I only called to customer care 30 times and they are saying it will get resolve withing 6, 24, 72 hours but still i haven't receive any proper response from airtel.
Airtel is not gd at all in service, it's not worth to continue with this network
