    This is a prepaid service. You can not deduct amount which against trai orders.

    Moreover why service charges when the service is no longer availed. This is absurd. Such charges are not levied by any other operator.

    Kindly refund the amount at the earliest.

      I went to airtel office in srikakulam, located opposite Sunmax theatre, today that is 24/6/17 at about 10.30 am for getting my phone account linked with Aadhar. The person on duty asked me Rs 20/- (twenty), for linking. When I demanded a receipt he shouted at me that no receipt will be given. Why should I pay money for this? Is it legitimate? What should I do now. Please advise. Ofcourse I did not pay, but so many innocent people are going there. They are all at risk.

        I am airtel secure plan user and yesterday my phone is fallen down accidently and screen damaged. I have tried to call 121 multiple time but call not reachable to customer care. I have called to 198, then they are are they don't have any knowledge about airtel secure. After that i have mailed to airtel secure & [protected]@in. Airtel.com before 24 hour but still waiting for revert. As per plan i have to submit my claim before 48 hr of claim otherwise claim will not consider. Suggest what should i do.. I am completely disappointed now from airtel due bad customer support.

            We have been severely in trouble with Airtel broadband since two months from mahaveer nagar Raipur Chhattisgarh. We have been complaining everytime. But there is no improvement and still we continue to face problem with broadband. And I think Airtel don't look after customer query since I have been privileged customer but still I have to suffer for long two months and no solution to it.               I had gone to Airtel store in Cannaught Place, New Delhi on 20th June to convert my post paid sim to prepaid as the network is really bad for airtel postpaid. I was turned down by the store executive saying they are closed even though I reached at 5:40 pm and the store closing time is 6:30 pm. Then I went to another store at Gole market where the store executive took my documents and charged me
              Rs. 110 for my postpaid bill and Rs. 110 for my first recharge (FRC) for which I will be given a talk time of Rs. 82. I was told that this will get active in next 24hrs but my post connection was blocked the same day by 10 pm. My prepaid sim was active, I called 59059 to register and they said to call back after 4 hours as my information has is not updated in their system. I called in the morning on 21st June and they said my sim card is active and ready to use. However they had not done the FRC. I tried doing an online recharge of Rs. 40 but it got failed. I couldn't recharge my phone talk time. Afternoon I got a call from airtel, told them my concern and thay said my FRc will be done in next 30 mins and then I can recharge but nothing happened. I again called at 7 pm. to the same person and asked to get my FRC done, then my FRC was done. I was told I can now recharge with any topup. I tried recharging with Rs. 349 and it got failed again. I again tried recharging and it got failed. Both the time the amount was deducted from my account. I then called customer care and they said there is some technical issue and it will take 24hrs or else I can visit an airtel store to get it resolved asap. I visited the store in Laxmi Nagar on 23rd and was again turned down saying their systems are not working. I then called customer care and they said my issue is not resolved and it will take time till Monday to get it resolved. This means all this time I cannot recharge my phone and make any outgoing calls and can't use internet. I work with Delhi Govt. Education Department and am required to be constantly connected on phone with different stakeholders. Not having access to internet and outgoing calls is huge loss of work and I am constantly questioned by my seniors for not bein competent at work. Airtel has literally harassed me mentally and phsically by making run around store to store. They have constantly provided me misleading and incorrect information and till now there is no resolution to my query. My service is still not active and they said it will get active by 26th June 4 p.m which is further more torturing as I won't be able to make official phone calls and therefore my work is getting impacted for no reason. I think I am being penalized for switching from postpaid to prepaid as they won't be able to charge heft, unreasonable phone bills with poor network service.               I recieved a call from airtel saying the issue is resolved, but it is not resolved. Airtel is just fooling around without any resolution and has been constantly harassing me.

After calling to customer care for number of time, i am getting resolution to reach to my nearest airtel office, i did that and replaced my sim card after waiting for 24 hours for sms service activation, some of the messages are coming and i am missing all my important messages.

                      I ported my number to airtel from vodafone 4 days back. But after that i cannot do recharge in my airtel number. When i went to airtel store at unitech cyber park, sector 46 gurgaon, even they cannot do an frc for my mobile number. They changed my son also but still they could not do the frc. Finally they told me to find out myself where to do frc.

                      This is a pathetic service from airtel. Such stupid rules like i cannot do an frc online is worst. Jio is much better in this case. I am now repenting. I should have ported to jio instead of airtel. Now i am counting days when can i port my airtel number to jio.

                        My phone accidentally slipped from my hand which was unintentional and my claim was rejected by reason "improper handling | no proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property".

                        I do not understand how this can be a reason to reject my claim.

                        And this was informed to me after 10 days of picking up the device thus wasting my time.

                        I do not accept the claim rejection reason and want airtel to repair my phone as they have promised in all the advertisements to get money from customers like me.

On both occasions I'm not given 70 days period with unlimited local +STD calls and 1 GB data/day. My Airtel app showing data balance validity upto[protected]. I should get 70 days period as per pack offer. Please arrange as per offer.

                            I recharge with airtel with rs 399. I got message from airtel for recharge 399 get 1 gb data daily 70 days but after doing recharge message shows validity of 56 days. Recharge done on number [protected] on 23/06/2017 through paytm.
                            These is highly unethical on part of airtel to not provide clear information to customers and we fall in there trap. I hope these complaint get raised so we are not cheated further.

                              After i upgraded my airtel 3g to airtel 4g sim card all my 4g handsets are unable to detect the sim which is very irritating.. I spoke to the consumer care but they were unable to resolve the problem and moreover their approach was very reluctant too.. Very bad customer service.. Now after repeated requests and making a string of phone calls at the customer care number of airtel as my problem seems to be overlooked or unheard & therefore being a thoroughly harassed consumer i am left with no choice other than taking up the platform of consumer forum.. I sincerely hope that now my complaint would be looked upon by the respective authorities.. Thank you!

                                I have requested to active my replace post-paid sim on 16.06.2017. But till date not activated.in the meantime i have approached customer care centre, rajiv plaza, old bus stand, bilaspur (C. G.), pin-495004. They took the matter very lightly and even after my repeat request they did not entertain me. They made lots of excuses like, network is weak, server is not working, your bill is not paid. And now on 23.06.2017 i have been intimated through online that my address proof is negative. And i have been advised to submit fresh address proof. I have already submitted aadhar as poa. Subsequently, normal post paid bill has also been generated. I have been mentally harshed.

                                      I am writing to you with reference to the disconnection request i raised for broadband # [protected]. The disconnection request was raised on the 20th of may, and i have been informed that the connection has not yet been disconnected.

                                      Despite many complaints regarding unwanted calls asking me the reason for disconnection, i am still receiving unsolicited calls from airtel. This morning i received a call from [protected], [protected]. Yesterday morning i have received a call from the number [protected]. Your employee named 'divya' had called asking me the reason for disconnection, again. Upon enquiring i found out that her supervisor's name is 'surya', and that they operate from chennai.

                                      I even sent plenty of emails to your support and nodal office (Nodal. [protected]@in. Airtel.com).

                                      Despite citing the reason for disconnection in my email to you, also telling you the same on phone plenty of times, i even till date, i receive plenty of calls every day asking me the reason for disconnection. The customer service agents always say this is the last call i will be receiving. I am writing this email to you in the true sense of being disgusted with your customer support. Why is it that, your agents keep calling me at least 5 times every day to ask me about the reason for disconnection? I will never recommend airtel to anyone here on. Your employees are extremely unprofessional. I have been an airtel customer for nearly a decade and had airtel connections in other cities as well. I have never been more fed up with your customer support.

                                      I am literally being harassed by airtel, asking me the reason for disconnection repeatedly.

                                      I will not tolerate any more calls asking me the reason for disconnection. Please ensure i don't receive such calls again.

                                        I harish, have been using airtel prepaid customer with ref. Mobile number [protected] do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:

                                        I did recharge with 349/- with promised by airtel website offer get 1gb internet data valid for 28 days as promised by airtel, i recharged and get only 3gb internet data only, i raised regarding this to airtel customer care and they respond me, you will get only 3gb for your number, and further they stated that in this issue we cant do much more help and if want internet data, do once again recharge. Like this airtel cheated to customers and there is no proper response from airtel customer while customer face any issue.

                                        Kindly take this matter as serious and take proper action on airtel tele network prepaid department.
                                        Otherwise all customer including me face irreparable loss.
