Airtel — network issues and advisor behaviour | |||
My main concern is the following (Why i have raised complaint): 1. Call drop issue: no network available most of the time and you assure better connectivity network. Don’t know why? 2. Speed of 4g, 3g and 2g is not good. 2g of vodafone is much better than your 3g and 4g network. 3. Calls get disconnected frequently. 4. Why complaint has been closed without customer feedback (Does customer feedback value for airtel or not). 5. Complaint was raised last year 2017 but no update/resolution has been provided yet. We have to call them and get update. But they don't have any moral responsibility to update us. Was this information helpful? | |||

There is a problem in my airtel SIM no.[protected] in this SIM when i place call then other side can not hear my voice but when others call on my mobile the voice quality remains excellent kindly look into it as service personnel could not be contacted despite several efforts

My incoming, outgoing and every service stopped on Thursday night . In the morning i complaint to customer care(Ref. number is CICPL[protected]). Executive officer told me your incoming call will be started in 24 hours but now 34 hours spend but still my incoming call service stop.
