Hello, My Airtel 4G Wifi-spot number: [protected]. I have activated this connection last month and I am having network connectivity issues inside my house which has been validated by your network team. I have raised so many service requests and didn't get any resolutions till yet. Everytime, I raise a complaint and it gets closed before asking my consent. This has now happened 4 times. I need to know why should I pay for the 3G speed I am getting at my place for 4G plans. It has confirmed by your team that there is network issues for which a new site is planned in next 45-90 days. But can you tell me a single reason why should I pay Airtel for not using 4G services. I dropped several emails to "appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com" but no resolution. Last but not the least, I will going to raise a complaint in TRAI and consumer court if it is not resolved. Regards, Abhishek
