My Airtel Mobile No. [protected]. On 8th April 2015 iam sending the money through netbanking but still idon't received any benefit for this transaction. Txn ID[protected]. Also complainted 9th April 2015 to Airtel CustomerCare reference Number is PR[protected]. but not taken any rectification.

    Unable to make outgoing calls in roaming

    I have an Airtel prepaid connection number [protected] from kolkata. Whenever I was in roaming I am unable to make outgoing calls, but receive incoming calls. When I am in home network I have complaint lots of time to customer care and they said it has been solved, but the problem remain as usual. Now I am in roaming and facing same problem. I am really fedup with this kind of poor services from Airtel...

I have select manual network selection as Airtel. I am really fed up with this kind of poor services from airtel

      I dialed [protected] which is airtel helpline # when I was on roaming. Nearly 16 mins I clicked on the options to contact help desk. For this Airtel charging 3360 rupees. how can I pay 3360 if i talk 16 mins that too airtel post paid customer help desk. Being an Airtel customer from past 5 years Airtel is not at all fair from customers point of view. I think Airtel can reversal the amount that they are asking for.

        Hi All, I want to port my number to another service provider. I was trying to get UCP number from airtel since 2 weeks . I am getting message like System was unable to generate number please try again. I have tried more than 20 times.what do you mean try again? This is worst service provider in india. Can anyone help me in resolving this

          Hi, I had applied for Airtel Broadband connection on 23-Jan-2015 through Airtel executive, who charged Rs.1000, and made me fill application form. After a week, I was informed by some other airtel executive through call that connection couldnt be given in my area. I asked or refund on my aplication money, and the airtel executive asked for my Bank account number to be SMS’ed to her number so that they will do the refund. Even after providing the asked information, I didn’t get any response from them after many days. I simply waited for a month assuming they will process it. After 1 month I called up the airtel executive who had taken application money from me, and asked about my refund, and he said he will let airtel initiate my refund, and I will get it in 21 days. After that I didnt hear anything on my refund since 21 days, hence on 21-March-2015, I decided to enquire about status of my refund from Airtel customer care, and to my surprise they responded by saying there exists no such application form from me in their database. They said tey will escalate this case and asked me to send scanned copy of the application form, and I sent them to “[protected]@artel.in.com”. The registered this complain NO: 54386088 on 21-March-2015, and assured the case would be resolved in 3 days. Even after 4 days of the complain, I didnt get any response from Airtel, so I followed up again with customer care who informed in mail that it is still under processing and they ll get back to me. Again I called up Airtel customer care again on 30-March-2015, and they informed me that I need to send them cancelled cheque scanned copy and my address detail and my refund will be done within 2 days. I sent the asked cheque and address detail to “[protected]@artel.in.com” and “[protected]@in.airtel.com”. On 5th-April-2015, when I called up Airtel customer care for the status, they informed me that comlain o: 54386088 case has been closed. They couldnt provide me any justification for why the case was closed without informing me and without resolving it. They made me talk to some Airtel Manager again and who said he will escalate this issue again. Now this escalation has been happening in a loop since months, but without any resolution. I smell something fishy with the way airtel is closing the case without resolution. Now in these 2.5 months of following up with airtel people, I have spend hours of calls explaining each customer care same history of my cases again and again and now I have become highly frustrated, So I have decided to approach consumer court for help. I already spent efforts more than worth the application money for which I am seeking a refund If the consumer forum find my case worth given justice to, please help. I am willing to provide email interaction with Airtel, if it is required. Thanks, Sandeep

                My self avinash, ported my airtel number [protected] to idea cellular. While i was in airtel my airtel account with rs100 balance(Hundreed ruppes) and suddenly converted airtel to idea. After taking idea connection, idea customer care people telling that we wont return back that amount wat you maintained in airtel account. Who is responsible for my money eihter idea or airtel, this is not a matter of hundreed rupees, but this is the matter how cellular(Idea and airtel) people behaving with coustomers. So i want my money back or otherwise plz deposit in my idea account and i requred one conformational call or message from idea or airtel. I am reqesting to consumer forum to solve my issue.

                  My name is Irshad, I am having airtel digitalTV ID :[protected] with registered mobile no : [protected]. Yesterday (08/04/2015) at 09:29 PM I have sent a sms to add Sony six channel on my tv.The message format was ADD SIX and I have sent it to 54325.After a couple of minutes I got an sms from 54325as "Request received to add SIX to the airtel digitalTV ID [protected]. The same will be processed shortly." But till now (09/04/205 08 : 10 PM) the channel doesn't activated. I need to watch IPL 2015 on SONY SIX channel. So please do take a complaint from me to bharti airtel for subscribing or adding SONY SIX on my airtel digitalTV

                    Dear Sir, My Mobile no is [protected], I am a platinum customer in your network for the past 2years and above, Every month i got a bill for the sum of Rs. 1000 to 1500 only. But this month 2500 Rs. bill has been sent to me. Now I contact call centre staff Mr. Vinod, he is not ready to resolve my problems, and he irritates me. he tolds me that i was used the internet for the value of Rs. 1200/- i am refused, and I am asking to him what is the procedure of go to PORT it means MNB. But the call centre staff Mr. vinod said to me, " That is your Problem i am not ready to answer this question, you may contact your advocate for resolve the problem in the court. I am very much of disappointed, and i am not interested to continue your net work. So, Pls. give me the Details of changing network in mobile number portability scheme. Thank u very much and very thanks of your regards.

                        i have made prepaid recharge of RS 20 through Paytm, but its failed, According to the paytm they have passed the amount to airtel, but recharge fialed. its on 08/04/2015. i will provide the bank transaction email alert which i received that the amount is credited from my bank in photos.                           I am using Redmi note 4g but ever since I have opted for airtel 4g sim card I am facing connectivity problem on my mobile. Once I make a call or receive a call there will be no network signal for next 20 minutes and i am unable to receive or make any calls. Please help

                              I hail from Bangalore.For the past three weeks ( after March 2015) i could not able to receive Bank/MovieTicket/IRCTC messages on my mobile. When i asked the customer care they told that its due to DND activation and asked me to deregister. I did the same on (27/03/2015) but in Vain I got an automated message informing that i would receive sms alerts within 7 days of the deactivation. But no change. I was extremely frustated and raised the issue on Twitter. Customer Care contacted me again trying to resolve the issue. But they again came back telling everything looked normal with the profile. I seriously dont know how this issue can be resolved. If this is not getting resolved wiithin 10 days i am planning to switch to some other network with better customer care.

                              The Issue still remains. Customer care could not identify the issue. Shame on them.

I am facing Internet connectivity problem for more than past two months. Airtel people who are attending my complaints are unable to resolve my problem.                                   I had applied for a broadband connection almost a month back. According to the company, I was supposed to get it in 3 days. My previous experience with them, I expected it to be delayed. Its been a month and haven't got any connection yet. I had paid for the Wifi Modem too. Now i see fliers in my Building saying they are providing the modem for free. Last week, i waited a full day waiting for the connection. The Airtel agent claimed the connection will be provided that day. I had sent a few complaint's and finally to the nodal officer. They have asked me to to be patient. I have tried to contact hem by phone, but Airtel's impossible IVR makes it impossible to solve your issue or talk with an actual human being. I expected escalating the issue to a superior authority will get it fixed. They keep giving reasons, like trenching permission for pulling cable, even though they assure me the connection was feasible before i paid for it, And asking for more time. But they haven't given a proper resolution or convincing time line for the connection to be provided.

                                      Wrong Bill generation for Airtel 4G Dongle No. 8585885604. Account Number: 1153463158

                                      Respected Madam/Sir, A bill is generated for my 4G dongle (No. : [protected]) of the amount 708.23 with invoice date as 21-MAR-2015. I am not sure why this is generated as I already have paid 6 months advance rental. i.e. Rs. 5730/-. My plan is of Rs. 850/- per month. So the amount which I have paid, includes the service tax as well. So I want to know the exact detail for this improper bill generation. At the same time I also want to know...
