Airtel — Network problem at basement

From last many months we're having problem related to internet downstairs (Basement). Upper floors are getting good internet speed but i can't even send a single message downstairs. We already registered complaint and even contacted staff members too many times but no resolution came out from it.in our area most of the people have switched to another network and getting good response so my plan is also to transfer to another better network in the upcoming days if i don't find any solution to it. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible as my business is getting affected through such problems.
