I have contacted many airtel store regarding airtel xstream fiber, but they say it is not feasible in my area, and don't have any idea about how much time will it take, due to this corona lockdown we students are in great need of good internet connection, my friends living over here also need the same, please do something airtel, i have been in this problem for now 4 months. (Date-20 march 2020)

    My self prem chand garg, i have applied to port my number [protected] from idea to airtel on 12.06.2020. On 15.06.2020 my idea connection is disconnected and i have received message from airtel on my alternate number that "dear customer, your mobile number [protected] is ready for activation now. Please insert your sim in your handset and call 59059. Your tele-verification pin for your activation is 74309".

    Thereafter, i just insert my airtel sim to handset, but it is not showing network since then. I have followed the procedures for activation i. E switch off my handset after inserting sim and trying to call at 59059, but against it is showing no network. I have contacted the problem before airtel retailer and airtel store. All of them has changed the sim 5 times, but no issue resolved. I am very disappointed with airtel and regret on my decision to port number from idea to airtel.

    You are requested to take action on the same on an urgent basis.

      I have recharged my prepaid mobile number [protected] on 21june 2020 through your airtel thanks apps and online through net banking yes bank payment credited rs. 149 and still it is not activated. Today is the last day my incoming call to be stopped as your msg updated by sending regularly sms.

        Hi,

        I have ported my postpaid airtel to prepaid plan in feb 2020.
        I have done the frc from shop as suggested. But even after that i am not able to make any online recharge for my number.
        Trying to contact airtel via 100 different ways from march.
        Its been 4months and i am struggling to get this rectified.
        Please help.

            I have recharged my dth account with service id [protected] on[protected] through my airtel app with amount rs 310/-.
            Amount deducted by citrus airtel from my hdfc bank account but nither the same was credited to my dth account nor returned back to my bank account.
            Also there is no mechanism of lodging complaint either in the my airtel app or on customer care number.

                This is almost 6 reminders on the same subject and not getting any reply. Do you believe customers should move out from airtel. Please dont asked for dsl number and other details again, please take resoblity to read the complete email.

                1) my connection has been having issues for almost more than 1 month. I understand from the executive who visited my home that i would get the revert back charges for the duration the internet is having issue. Please track the complaint record and revert all charges.

                2) previously i was getting a discount of 100 rs on my connection, is that still continuing?

                Hope this time i am getting a correct answer to my query, next time i will mark this email india head and ceo of airtel.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I have taken a new broadband connection registered with number [protected] in the name of pankaj kala. On 26th may 2020 at the time of connection registration,
                  Due to network issue first time payment of rs.9617 got paused so i repaid the same amount.
                  But somehow when i saw my bank statement amount is been debited twice. I request you to please transfer rs. 9617 amount to the source account number back.
                  I paid through yes bank credit card and my payment due date is 09/07/20, so i have to pay interest if money not paid..

                  Below are the two txn id for my airtel xstream broadband account number - [protected]

                  Txn id[protected] and txn id 52306378 for amount rs. 9617.

                  Request you to process back the 9617 rupee at earliest to the source.
                  I am unable to reach airtel persons and also airtel customer care.

                        Please update on the refund request on caf number – [protected] as its been 25 days. The payment of rs.2122 was made on 6th may 2020 against transaction id[protected]. My documentation was not completed as my passport validity got expired. Hence, i am not taking the broadband connection from airtel anymore.
                        I called the customer care from 2 months and also visited the airtel office kankurganchi branch on friday, 5th june 2020 and many times further and they refrained from raising service request ticket for me and said this will be done via mail only as they cannot find caf no.in your airtel system.

                          Mai airtel ka bahut he purana upbhokta hu. Mai eska lagbhag 2 saal se 1.5 gb /din ka recharge krata hu aur mai eska data use nhi kr pata hu. Kyo ki eski net speed buffring krte hai aur mai koi bhi app kholta hu to wh chalta nhi. Maine airtel ke costumer mai bahut bhar complaine bhi ki lekin koi sunwai hi ho rhi hai.

                            Then somehow I managed to put a request for set top box upgrade. And I got this message.

                            Is this the way of Airtel Thanks... helping customers.

                            Then I sent a email on their email id...
                            Still no response.

                            They are only interested to join new customers.
                            They don't care about old ones.
                            I can say this because they responded me for a new connection.

                            The customer care executive don't even take a step to register our enquiry...

                              Signal issues appear for K TV & Vijay TV, for over a week.
                              All other channels are fine.
                              When contacted customer care, they asked to check a few troubleshooting actions, which did not resolve the error.
                              To resolve the error, Customer Care executive was asking for engineer visit, and need to pay Rs.150/- for the visit.
                              I declined to get charged for the issue, which is, in my opinion, not because of my equipment or connection.
                              Please help me to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

                                I recharged my Airtel dth account (Rs 658) on Saturday (20th June, 2020) but the recharged amount wasn’t reflecting .
                                Also, the money got deducted from my account and by no means have I been able to contact the customer care directly and neither has any solution been provided to me regarding the problem.

                                    I did a recharge of 98 rs. From the airtel thanks app, the money was deducted from my account but the recharge was not done. This happened to me one time before too but it was a small recharge so i did not mind but this is stealing. You are just stealing money from your trusted clients, i will change my network as soon as i get my money back

                                        I have been using airtel for the past 4 years and I have not had this problem before. It was fine till 5am yesterday and suddenly it says not in service and at first I thought it was my phone but when I connected to WiFi it gets connected. I even opened my airtel thanks app and it says NA. Please help me with this as I’m unable to contact any of my friends and family as they are worried.
                                        Airtel pls solve this issue.
