    Hope airtel understands how important the internet is in lockdown and how much torture and harassment they have already given me.
    Finally i have requested them to disconnect the broadband and landline and after 10-15 request they have finally done it but still they have the audacity to send bill.
    Already requested them that as your internet didn’t worked from last 2 months on what basis i will pay the bill and i am already paying another internal bill as you are not able to deliver the services.
    Still they sent bill. Already marked email to mr. Gopal vittal multiple times but i think he is not interested in reading customer issues and resolving them correctly. On the other side he keeps sending auto mated email how airtel is keeping connected in lockdown (Pathetic)
    Also, on dth part i requested them to provide adapter of dth because that is not working and on that part they quickly asked 200 rupees for that plus visit charge of technician. This is what service airtel is offering.
    If they are not able to provide service they will not reverse the charges but if customer asked for adapter then they tell you 100 pages of terms and conditions and ask for charges.
    This is my last and final request to waive off the bill and send a written confirmation or my next step is legal notice (Even if they don’t mind) because ultimately i am a cust+mer (Pain se maro) that is what airtel motto is.

      I had bought a 6 month plan of rs.5544 with monthly data limit of 900 gb (I am really sure that i never used beyond the limit), since it it is a prepaid plan. The speed of internet is mere 240 kbps while those cheaters promised a speed of 24 mbps, those cheaters provide the one tenth of the speed promised, after a call to their lousy customer service they temporarily increase the internet speed and drop it again, these low lying schmucks should be closed down. There is no ethics, i feel really cheated with these guys... Most indian don't care the internet speed as long as doesn't buffer, this is a mass daylight scam conducted by bharathi airtel all day, everyday and the extras they
      "provide" does not work at all airtel is the biggest scam that i have ever seen

              I applied for airtel broadband connection through website. A sales person called me for connection, i have given appointment. The next another person came and collected the proof, and asked me to make payment immediately through online, he told me that within 24hrs installer will come to my home and install the broadband, after that nobody came. I called to that sales person who called me.in the beginning for connection. But he was not picking the call. I tried more than 100 times. Then the person who came to my home to collect the proof, i tried him, he was also not picking the call. Now i am helpless, i have their names and contact numbers and my application number.

                      My dth connection is not working since 10/6/2020, i have lodged a complaint on your customer care number [protected] on 11/6/2020 at 4.40 pm, i had been given reference no. 25039874 by your executive. Since then i have lodged complaint 4 more times but the complaint has not been attended till now even after repeated assurances by your different executives. Such an unprofessional approach is not expected from your company of repute.
                      I make all my payments well in time & expect the same promptness & solving my problem in time.
                      I am really disappointed & feel harassed.
                      Hope you will look into the problem to be resolved.

                            Since last 10 days airtel is not making cancellation request and refunding my money for broadband installation.

                            Since last 10 days i am just trying to reach everyone in airtel but everyone is making me fool. Nobody is updating system and processing refund.

                            I paid rs. 2828 on 5-jun-2020 for booking of airtel broadband connection. Payment screen shot attached - transaction id and caf number.
                            Service request number #[[protected]].

                            The sales girl called me and said you have to pay first and then it will be installed on the same day within end of day. I paid on 12pm of 5 june 2020 and then they are not picking my calls and not answering on whatsapp.
                            Today the technicians or installation guys came and told there is no feasibility. I told them to update in the system and process my refund so that i can take other internet connection.

                            Everyday they tell we will update you tomorrow. Also, they are not updating their systems and not processing refund.

                            As lockdown is going on i can't go outside and tell someone what is happening. I messaged today, i am yet to get the refund. I think it is a case of fraud where i can't even track status of my booking after paying rs.2828 in advance. 4 times i called customer care and they say there is no way we can track with any details mobile number, caf, transaction i'd.
                            Biggest shock is that there is no way of logging a complaint through the customer care number or portal/ my airtel account as there is no record of my payment.
                            I have been using airtel services from last 3.5 years and this is how they treat their customers.
                            Please look into it at the earliest as this is a serious process gap from airtel and how they fool their customers. Refund immediately.

                              Its frustrating on your service even after multiple mails and follow-ups.

                              Below are the summary of my issue:
                              My dsl connection[protected]_kk has been activated on jan-2020 with basic rs.749/- plan alongside 3 months advance rental plan (Arp), where it covers till march-2020.
                              On 22-march-2020 i have requested for safe custody by dialing 121 but no response since the covid-19 lockdown has been implemented. Finally got activated on 05-may-2020 after multiple emails to 121.
                              By the time the bill has got generated for next 3 months (April-may-june, 2020) due with rs.2828/- for my dsl connection.
                              After so many calls and follow-ups whereas i have requested for waive-off the outstanding amount rs.2828/- somehow it got reduced to rs.1128/-. But still the complete amount has to be waived-off.
                              Since i got many office works to be delivered in quick pace, to reactivate my dsl connection i have paid the outstanding amount rs.1128/- on 07-june-2020.
                              From that day there is frequent disconnection of internet (For every 30 minutes) and even the link is fluctuating and it takes minimum 45-60 minutes to come back. Also, the speed is very very less of not more than 3 mbps.
                              Sr[protected] has been raised on 08-june-2020 but no fe's been visited so far and its been rescheduled several times.

                              Issue to be address and fixed:
                              Sr[protected] needs to addressed and resolved immediately (Suspecting copper issue) since it is affecting my office deliverables often. The meeting has got disconnected in the middle due to bad connectivity which lead problem for my job now.
                              The waive-off amount of rs.1128/- needs to be reflected in my next bill statement.
                              As per existing plan the speed assured is 16 mbps but its not even giving 3 mbps. Need to upgrade the speed in my locality. Its been 3 years you are telling the same story of bbmp permission issue.
                              I need to change from advance rental plan to monthly rental plan with immediate effect with billing date starting at 1st of every month.

                              Even the nodal, appellate team are unresponsive. So annoying on your service. You dont even care about the customer service who reported for dsl connection down for more than 10 days and bill is getting generated promptly for unused data. Shame on you.

                                  I had registered a complaint in consumercomplaintscourt.com on 08.06.2020 regarding non-receipt of refund of a duplicate payment in connection with airtel xstream fiber with digital application form no.[protected]. As a mistake from my side, i provided my mobile no. Also along with the complaint text.in the evening i received a call from one mr. Deepak kumar and he himself introduced as a representative of customer care center of airtel. His mobile no. Is [protected]. Initially, he inquired about the details of the grievance and then he requested for the details of the debit card that used for for making the payment to airtel. Then i doubted him and inquired why the company required debit card details for refund. I provided the details when he insisted the same for verification at your end. Then he requested for otp but i refused to provide it to him. When i verified the otp details, i found that the transaction amount was the same amount of refund claimed. So it was an attempt of fraud from mr. Deepak kumar. I request your company to investigate the matter and take appropriate disciplinary action against him. Otherwise, people like him will tarnish the reputation of your company.

                                    I have recharged my airtel digital tv with customer id ([protected]) through upi (Scanning qr code on tv) with rs. 360 vide transaction id p2006111926409471778281on dtd. 11/6/2020 (Refer attached)
                                    The money got debited from my account instantly but i neither got notification from airtel nor the balance reflected on my digital tv account.
                                    I was unable to view any channels, so again i have to recharge thru other means to view channels.
                                    Tried several times but unable to connect to customer care executive. Please help to resolve this issue asap either add the said balance to my digital tv account or refund the same.

                                      On monday 8/6/2020. Airtel took money for installation of broadband through a link stating that the broadband connection will be done and till now they havent done that and not even returned the money.
                                      Please return my money amounts to 3000 approx or else i need to take strict action against you

                                        Intro : i use a prepaid plan with 3 gb/day data limit (Rs 558). It works excellent.

                                        The story :

                                        My plan was to expire on[protected] but i recharged a day before on[protected] just to get the per day data. (Earlier i have recharged before the actual expiry date)

                                        But this time after recharging a day before expiry my daily data instead of reallocating it was stuck at zero.

                                        On the number 121 and 198 i am unable to connect with any person (No option in ivr).

                                        After all this i decided to do another recharge for rs 98 which gives 12 gb data.

                                        Still i am not able to use the data i purchased and no one is there to listen.

                                        Dear folks @ airtel make your recharge system design smart.
