Airtel — network problem in kharadi pune

There is biggest network problem of airtel in kharadi pune area.
In office premises we can not receive an important call and messages.
Sometimes otp regarding any transaction taking long time that session itself got expired but not get otp messages.
I thought this might be happen with me only, but while observing with other airtel users, we can not make any call and messages.
Whereas other network providers like vodafone, idea is doing good.

Very pathetic!
