    Services like game pind, superstore, games centre, masti club, comedywalas, bhojpuri videos, were activated without intimationa nd charges were deducted, the same when came to know were stopped on 16.10.2017, but same again got renewed without my knowledge and charges were deducted from prepaid balance for mobile no. [protected].
    Again today on 22.10.2017 charges of game pind, superstore, masti club has been activated and charges dedcuted.
    There is no such message from me to activate those services.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    It is stated that I have taken a SIM from Airtel No. [protected], it is regretted to say that the same has not been recharged since beginning through Airtel app as well as net banking and credit card. the customer care No. 121 has not been replied satisfactory, reference No. [protected]

      I received a call from airtel executive from
      Phone no. ‭[protected]‬. She asked me to update new billing plan. I refused the same with clear wording that i am happy with my current plan. She submitted a request to update my plan even after my refusal. Is this the policy of a reputed company? Kindly deactivate my plan and inform me the action taken against the executive.

          He also had some other companies n person sim registering forms.
          We have also registered a fir in police station n amt was 12000 cash.

            Airtel is a # turd and useless garbage trash company. Lure us to pay for what they are not providing. I have activated 349 plan of 1 gb/day data on my airtel number and due to airtels # service my more than 500mb data gets waste due to airtel network problem. Airtel is a illegal and untrusted company which only knows to tell white false quality of its useless trash company in tv ads by luring us to pay for what they are not providing its a very shameful act done by airtel and must be taken hard legal action against airtel in jharkhand reigion particularly for not providing good service. Airtel must get ban in india for lime time for wasting our trust money and efforts for making us suffer for network for good network and services. Airtel lure us by new new offers only but never provide a good service which makes it worst of worst and garbage company. I request to all indians to never provide airtel land to establish a tower and service center for there garbage service and taking money from us without providing a service we deserve. I request to trai to please ban airtel in india and fine in millions of rupees for playing with customers faith trust and money.

                I had requested for upgradation of my airtel prepaid no. [protected] on 13.10.2017 to 4g. I have a new sim bearing[protected]. As i entered the number and sent it to 121, i got an immediate acknowledgement that my new sim will be activated soon and the old one will continue till my new sim is activated. Its been more than a week and my sim has not been upgraded. Moreover i am not getting any assistance from your end.

                  Hi, i got the 4g sim for my airtel connection. Ever since i got the 4g sim although i have all the signal but my no is always not reachable. I called in the airtel customer care and got a lame advise to just restart my phone which i already had tried multiple times. I was also advised that this will be resolved within 4 hours. The problem persists. Now i am looking to change my protal to other service provider. Take my feedback and don't even go for 4g sim at all it sucks big time.

                    Very bad service by airtel dth most of times its show no signal error code from last 2 months when i switch on my tv. I also complaint for this to their technical support provider but issue is same..!! My surrounding weather always clears but signal error code is shown to my tv..!! My account id - [protected] please resolve this issue as soon as possible or i will complaint this to higher level...!!

                      Respected sir

                      I am ks vadivel. I was having two aircel connections[protected] and[protected] for more than ten years.
                      Some officials from airtel approached me with some new airtel plans.
                      Considering the quality of service, i also decided to move airtel. I was clearly told there is no charges for port change. I was asked to make a deposit rs 300 per connection and was told it will be adjusted in first bill.
                      Accordingly i have made a deposit of rs 600 (Two connections) vide receipt no 3326 dated 03.07.2017 and made the necessary port requests.

                      One connection[protected] port changed in jul 17 itself and other mobile was changed recently with many difficulties by 23.09.2017.

                      I received the first bill for mobile connection[protected] vide bill no[protected] dated 12-oct-2017 and noticed rs 300 charged towards service activation fees. While making port change airtel promised no activation fee for my surprised there is charges of rs 300 towards activation.
                      Request you to see look in to this and reverse the charges as committments made by airtel

                        Airtel is sending me 7- 8 sms everyday to link my aadhar with sim. They are sending messages even mid night. Yesterday i received the messages at 12.30 am and today on diwali day i received at 12.15 am even though my number is registered in dnd.

                        This # company is on the verge of closing down and will be taken over by jio soon, will never update my aadhar or recharge any amount with you. The company which can not take care of its clients or customers should be closed down soon

                          I recharge my mobile a sometimes ago with 399. The offer that i got in the message from there end was, 1gb data per day for 70 days and free calling for the same period. However, it hasnt been 70 days yet and my number has stopped working. First i thought it to be a blackout day for diwali but as the diwali is gone and the recharge is still not working, i request you to kindly do the needful. And please stop making your customers suffer... My mobile number is [protected] and it has been ported as it was a reliance number earlier. Very bad experience.. Wish i had gone for jio just like others

                              I will try to explain you my problem and hope an action will be taken on it.The issue,

                              We used CUG post paid 5 sim cards in AirTel. my self one sim, then other sims are used by my company staffs.

                              The numbers are below

                              4.+91-[protected]
                              5.+91-[protected]

                              Per month minimum bill we paid 5000 around.

                              My problems is,

                              Often my sim card is not working. Because sim card shows message " No services available". Every time I was registered complaint to AirTel. They told, "your Sim card not working. so please change the SIM card. you will get new sim card from our nearest branch". like that every time told. Already up to 4 times i was changed my SIM card.last 2 months before only AirTel office new branch open in our area. that before we traveled 69 KM to get new sim card.

                              I asked to customer care, why this problem occurred. they told your device is not supported or u had changed or removed often your sim card from your mobile phone like that they told. But i am not remove sim from my phone.Suppose Sim card removed means, that time signal cut for my sim. so please check my sim availability details during that time.

                              First time i used samsung S2. Next time Samsung Note4. This time i am using Apple IPhone 7S +. Every phone i used single sim only. My office staffs also same devices. But they are not faced this type of problem. My sim card only got this problem. Last time i asked conformation mail regarding next time this type of problem not occurred. But they didn't sent any mail.

                              Currently i am in Dubai. For this sim problem, Now i came to India now. Because our company bank transactions, my personal bank transactions and my all clients i give my this phone number.I can't able to transact in bank. Because OTP received to this phone number. every 5 or 6 months once this problem occurred to my SIM. This time also we registered complaint to Airtel. They people told after 24 hours our person contact you. We follow from last 10 days. But nobody contacted. For this sim problem i spend near 20000 to came to India from Dubai. My time waste and money also waste.

                              So please give me any permanent solution for this problem.

                              Note: till i am not paid September - 2017 Bill.

                                I had received call from airtel representative for offer of ₹399 with 84 days validity unlimited call and 1gb /day internet. I still cannot see the offer on my number yet. Is your services only for namesake??
                                I was told it will get reflected in 4 hrs but still it's not displaying... Should i keep waiting.. My recharge is zero and i don't have data or balance to make call

                                    I got an sms from airtel that i am eligible for a plan of 399 which is applicable for 84days of validity with ul calls + 1gb/day data. When i was trying to subscribe to this plan, i was told this plan is not applicable & they changed the plan. I tried to talk to customer care team, nodel team & finally to the appellate team. Everyone is acknowledging that there is an issue but no one is giving a convincing solution to subscribe to the committed plan

                                    Refer the compliant cogcl[protected]. I didn't have the incoming facility during my complete stay in singapore. This was a over-kill & people didn't bother to look into the issue at all.

                                    Surprisingly (Even when i don't have any service) i have been charged for data usage. I haven't enabled any data & my settings are also not allowing the data enblement during the roaming moreover i don't have a service but i have been charged.

                                    I had approached the customer care & nodel team many times for getting the compensation but all i could get is an ugly response with lot of sorry stating that it's a technical issue.

                                    In reference to below said e-mail confirmation, I got a call on Sunday from AirTel team. After passing the front desk team, I was promised by Mr.Srikanth (who claimed as team leader & final authority for the day) that my plan will be activated for 84 days within a day. Given that it was Sunday he mentioned an additional day is required. He also promised to call me back but not sure whether he still works with AirTel.

                                    Secondly, by Monday morning, I got a call from Ms.Vanitha (Escalation manager). She also assured to resolve the issue in 24hrs of time. Looks like the 24hrs didn’t reach yet!!

                                    Yesterday, I got a call from front desk team & he tried to start the story from scratch.

                                    Hope I don’t need to do a middle man job between the people working for AirTel?

                                    Not ready to start the discussion anymore from scratch & unhappy with such copy/paste response.

                                    After more than 20days of continuous pingpogs, I had a lengthy discussion with Mr.Vignesh & escalation manger Ms.Vanitha yesterday.

                                    Given that there is a promise from AirTel for 399 plan with 84days validity, I was confirmed by Ms.Vanitha that I will be offered with that plan (that¿s exactly my point of concern too).

                                    Whomever reads this e-mail, can you first talk to your own people (Mr.Vignesh & escalation manger Ms.Vanitha) or listen to the conversation that I had with them yesterday before responding back.

                                    Once again, please read in-between lines of e-mail & talk to these 2 people before responding back.

                                    If I am not going to get the committed plan (PFA - 399 for 84days UL), it¿s going be an end of road on my association with AirTel.

                                      Airtel executive told me that minimum speed of 4g should be 20mbps and of 3g should be 600kbps. But neither me nor any other person in punjab getting minimum speed of 20mbps. I and my friends tested the 4g speed just below various towers of airtel at various locations in punjab, get only 300-400kbps speed normally. Speed is high upto 3mbps while downloading any app on playstore. Except playstore, 4g speed remains 300-400kbps which is even below to 3g. I get the speed tested by workers of airtel store but they failed too. I want my money back as airtel failed to provide 4g speed.
