I've been in mathura since 2016. We are facing terrible network problem in aurangabad area specifically in mathura refinery township where we reside has got so much problem that we lose the full signal when we move from one room to another in the same house. This is what i am mentioning about calls and about data please don't ask me!! It is more irritating than the prior one.

There is no transparency in airtel's plans. They don't want to give right service to there customers. They have made several plans to confuse people .

Since from last 48 hours my Airtel prepaid sim Incoming and Outgoing All services has stopped, when i consult to airtel store they simply saying all are good, don't know why they stopped the services... To active the services they are asking ₹150/-
