Airtel — new airtel broadband refund

Dear sir/ ma'am,

I have a complaint regarding my new connection of airtel cif no. 11179420. I apply for a new connection on 17 may 2018 and i paid rs. 5428 one time payment of 6 month of airtel but after 1 month my connection is still pending and because of delay i don't want any connection now, i want my money back, kindly refund my money back.
