Airtel — new airtel dongle problem

I got new airtel dongle as a replacement of tata photon on 24 nov 2018. I was told that device would get activated by tue 27 nov. I called airtel call centre on 28 nov for ensuring my verification is complete and the airtel rep told me it's done and i can use my device. I tried using it next day and found no internet, so called in again on 29 nov and the rep so called "rakesh" told me my data card number cannot be found in their system. And he sounded so rude on the call that when i asked his full name he said i am rakesh bhai and disconnected the call. Seems airtel call centre is now recruiting bhai's to bring revolution in call centre customer service.

Sir Janine kayi baar complain kite hai liking solved nahi hua mera mobile ka net speed very poor hai mera number [protected] and name Rahul Kumar hai Maine about 10 se15 baar complain ki hai lekin koi sudhar nahi aapke customer care bolte hai ki ek gante me ho jayega but nothing get. Solved
