Airtel — New Connection : Airtel Broadbank in Delhi

Dear Team - I applied for Broadband 1399 option on 17th Sep 2015 at Airtel outlet next to Kailash Colony Metro station, Mr Farhan Front office executive told me there is an offer going on specially for 16th -18th Sep 2015 where you will get free Telephone Instrument model No : Binatone Concept 700. He also allotted me new connection No :[protected] and informed that the setup will be done in 72 Hours. To my surprise nobody turned for next 7 days. On 25th Sep 2015, Mr Gaurav (Engineer) came for installation and told me that neither you have been allotted[protected]instead a new no[protected] is allotted to me ) Nor you will get Free Telephone instrument under scheme. I immediately went to your airtel outlet where i applied and met Mr Pradeep (Store Manager) who assured me that I will get the Instrument today(28th Sep 2015). I have been trying to contact this Guy on his mobile No [protected] from last 2 days but he is not picking my phone. I am in immediate need of this connection and these guys are just wasting my time.
