Airtel — new connection has not been installed and amount paid | |||
Dear team, Few days back in our society airtel team distributed the pamphalets regarding the new broad band connection on which i like the plan and consulted the sales person [[protected] ] i don't remember his name. He told me that my new connection will be done in max 2-days so i did the payment for next 3-months [ amount rs. 2474/- ] and transaction id :[protected] but till date no one has contacted me for this connection even i tried multiple time to sales person and he is also now not picking up the phone. If this will be the service type then i don't won't to go-ahead with this connection so please refund my money asap. No one is responding and no responsibility at all. Take this request for cancelling the new connection request immediately and refund my money asap. Very bad service. During the process my details was entered as below.
