Airtel — new connection offers not given as promised

I had booked airtel hd dth online on 25.10.2017 for rs 1590 in which full hd channels were offered free for 1 month alongwith rs 2500 makemytrip voucher. The connection was installed on 25.10.2017 itself but hd channels were not activated. I was told by the installation person that it will be active the next day. When i did not get hd channels the next day, i called on airtel helpline 12150 and i was told that hd channels are activated within 72hrs from date of installation. I was also promised that rs 2500 worth of voucher will also be sent within 72 hrs. I waited till 28.10.2017 (72 hrs) but still i did not get the said offers. I tried innumerable times to contact airtel after that but i am unable to get any response. There helpline no. Is not working. As it has been 5 days now since installation of new connection, i am compelled to write this complaint. Please help to resolve my issue.
