Airtel — new dth secondary connection | |
Hi team, I have been having tough times dealing with new connections and poor customer service agents at airtel these days. This will be my final call requesting for the connection installation.in case of no response within 24 hours i will plan accordingly to go to a different vendor. I booked a new secondary connection on 8-sep-2018 through amazon for an amount of rs.599. I was not on sunday to inform that i will get the installation between 17th to 20th of this month. I requested for either weekends (9th or 13th or 15th or 16th or 22nd or 23rd) and not on working days. Looks like an order was created order no. 23050261 and they called me on monday requesting that the installation was scheduled for the very same day and looking for a time. I informed that as we are in office, will not be available on working days and need to either schedule it for 13-sep or weekends. They said they are cancelling my order and i need to call back to get the installation rescheduled. So i called again on wednesday requesting for installation. Looks like the customer service representative who picked the call closed it as inquiry and has not done his job right. He mentioned that my request got cancelled and the amount got credited to my primary connection account. So again i called today so i can get it scheduled for installation atleast in these 2 days. However, your representative subathra was so rude and she was not trying to fix the problem for which i have called and was trying to blame me that i never booked a connection at all and it is just a recharge to my account. Ridiculous. I'm trying to make her understand that i have enough proofs for ordering for a secondary connection. But she spoke very irresponsibly. It is a real waste of time to speak with such representatives' anymore. Please review the call history recorded for qa from last saturday until today and kindly make a decision. Please let me know if my secondary connection will be installed by tomorrow (23-sep-18) or should i move on with a different vendor. I cannot keep on following up like this inspite of making a payment before in hand. If these are politics related to direct booking vs booking through third party Vendors please sort it out yourself and do not push the burden on customers by making them frustrated with these kind of treatments continuously. I regret for requesting a second connection. So kindly call me within next 24 hours to confirm installation will happen or not. I will handle this otherwise accordingly.
