Seeing the advertisements about the prompt service of Airtel, I decided to switch over from Aircel postpaid. Your following representatives cheated us: Mr. Kumaran [protected] Mr.Yesodaran [protected]. They took all the papers required for number portability for CUG of 5 numbers, made us give aboout 12 documents signed some notarised and promised the connections will be thru in 7 days. Now they have stopped taking our calls and made our lives miserable. Please as we trust you as a reputed company intervene in the matter and restore our connections.
