Airtel — Njust billing and poor customer support from airtel account no. [protected]

I am a long-time customer of Airtel, and I’m writing to report an unresolved billing issue that has persisted despite multiple escalations. I did not authorize or manually activate the ₹2999 international roaming pack on my Airtel number [protected] while I was in the UK. I did not knowingly opt in via the Airtel Thanks app or any other channel, and I was unable to reach Airtel’s helpline (121/198) due to international restrictions. The bill was changed for 7406.09 was unfairly charged by cutting away my services, also there is no strong information the customer care representatives are giving different different answers saying I activated 4-6 packs of which I activated only one
