Hi team I have raised many a complaints with airtel customer care for this issue. They are just closing the problem ticket without any resolution. I stay on the 21st floor of one of the most porsche areas of indirapuram ghaziabad. Airtel boasts of network, that too 4g connectivity in the remotest corners of india but i dont get any signal at my 21st floor apartment irrespective of the fact whether i am inside or standing in the open lift lobby. My postpaid airtel number is [protected] and my mother is also facing the same problemwith her airtel connection [protected]. P. S.
