Airtel — No Internet Service Since 15th Airtel Postpaid Family Plan

I am writing to raise a complaint against Airtel regarding a complete internet outage on my postpaid family plan since the 15th of this month.

The affected mobile numbers are:

For several days now, my family and I have had no internet access, which has caused serious inconvenience. We are currently facing issues with ongoing exams, online payments, and essential daily activities.

I have already contacted Airtel customer care, but there has been no proper response or resolution so far, which is highly disappointing.

This clearly amounts to deficiency in service. As a paying customer, I expect uninterrupted service and timely support.

I request:
• Immediate restoration of internet services
• A proper explanation for the outage
• Compensation or bill adjustment for the downtime

If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate this matter further through government grievance portals and legal consumer forums.
