Airtel — no msg alert when I recharge my mobile [protected] | |||||
As it pathetic from airtel the customer care executive saying sorry. When i recharge the mobile number [protected] rate 51 with 1gb data from paytm. But there was no msg alert on the number that it's been received or not. Just bcz of that i have like donated that amount to airtel. Was a loyal customer of airtel but now this incident is forcing me to move with some other option. That is tacnical fault but my money is gone. Worst experience Was this information helpful? | |||||
