Airtel — No network coverage and mobile internet

Address: Burma colony, Karaikudi

Hello, I am living in karaikudi (Tier 2 city) in Tamilnadu. I am a airtel customer since more than 15 years. From the past few months I am getting very very poor network coverage. Most of the calls are getting dropped in the middle. My home is in center of the town, but still no connectivity and weak network. Now I am thinking of changing my network if there's no action taken from airtel. Why should I pay money for this poor network? And is very hard to use mobile internet. Appreciate if any action taken immediately. Thanks!
