On 3rd July 2017, There were two sms sent from my number to 58234 and was charged Rs 3. When checked with Airtel customer care the representative (Saraswati) said that the customer activated the service request! I am not a kid and I did not send any activation request! I am a airtel postpaid customer for 2 months.
And need to covert to prepaid but when i went to store they said minimum time for conversion is 6 months, that is till six months i have to use in postpaid, but my usage is very less and i have to pay minimum rs.230 per month. This is waste of my money, is there such a rule?. If there it should be changes. A customer should have the right to change from prepaid to postpaid and postpaid...

I had ported my number from docomo to airtel a couple of months back. After that, i used to recharge via paytm and airtel app, as i mainly use 4g packs from airtel. Since may 2017, i cannot recharge online anymore. I tried every pack, from rs. 14 to 496, different payment methods, and every recharge fails via airtel app/website. When i try to recharge via paytm, airtel doesn't confirm my recharge at all and i get refunded everytime.

I am an airtel user from past 4 years.
Whenever i call on 198 or 121 on their customer care number, there are many options from 1 to 9, and they ask to select an option but whenever i select option 9 to speak to their executive, it says "oops it's an incorrect option"
There is no way to contact customer care executive as they are cheating with their customer. A customer care should be fast as possible to reach the consumer but...

It was a corporate account, while the other number ending 562 was working my number alone was suspended. I and my colleague has visited the Airtel office at Koramangala several times and submitted documents thrice or more and have made several calls. My number is not activated yet. I was not getting any network. Called the customer care at 121, they advised me to change sim. I got the new sim and inserted it in the phone slot. I reveied a msg stating "your services have been set. Please restart handset". After restarting i got the network for 2-3 min and again getting a "no service" message. What is the issue. Why do i have to keep running around repeatedly....
