9903506646 : can't use 4g network from 6pm onwards

Respected sir/ madam

My prepaid number [protected] can't use Airtel 4g internet from 6pm onwards. It's the scenario from last week. However, i did renew the Airtel 4g pack today with INR 299. even it's quite impossible to connect to Airtel customer representative, due to too much number- redirection service.
I kindly urge you to look into this matter in order to thwart the internet inactivity( from 6pm everyday) of airtel...

Airtel Black Xstream Remote and Hardware Issues

This is about i raised complain multiple time that Artel Xtreme remote batttery drainage issue. Remote also not working every month and when we complain about this to Airtel customer service they simply deny and ask for change remote all the time which they make me to pay 350 rs every time.

Battery remote drain so so so quick within 2 days sometime same day, i complained this to them multiple time but they dont have solution,...

Sim deactivated automatically

I am outside india in spain, using airtel prepaid number more than 10 years, since from july moved to spain and its working fine, suddenly network disconnected even sim not detected, i tried troubleshooting restart my phone, changing sim slots but its not working, i tried to contact airtel customer care but no luck,

Outgoing call Facilities stopped

I'm a long time customer of various airtel services and suddenly my pre-paid number ([protected]) is acting weird.

It does not allow me to make any outgoing calls even though there is more than sufficient balance in the account....

Charged for the services not used by me (Billed for International SMS which not done by me)

In my Airtel Post Paid Account No.[protected], Bill No.BM2323l[protected] for the period 02 Dec 2022 to 01 Jan 2023 it was showing 99 international SMS sent by me to many international numbers. These 99 SMS were continuously sent within a time of 166 Seconds between 23:57:59 hrs to 00:00:45 hrs on 11-12 Dec 2022. But Neither I have sent these international SMS nor have idea about these international numbers and these international numbers are...

Sim card replacement have not been processed since 20 Days

I have registered for a sim card replacement (for mobile number: [protected]) which was on the name of my brother who is currently residing in Canada for study purposes.

We visited store first on 17 December 2022 with all documents required including NOC which was properly written as they needed but instead they given their own format and ask to come back with all documents back after two days.

Airtel placed a poll without permission and is blocking my way

Airtell placed a poll on way and it is blocking my way by car to my residence. I have recently replaced a KSEB poll and paid Rs 26000/- for that to clear my way now airtell put a poll with out my permission. This is totally unacceptable and I would like to replace the poll into a convenient place please. Take action to this concern as soon as to avoid further legal proceedings and charges....

Refund my money from company

Hello mam/sir,
I m a student from Ahmedabad. I recieved call from company I genuinely need money very urgently for hospital bill payment. I paid them 24279 Rs and not get any work from company. They said refund occur in 5 min after process and not refund after payment. Now They said refund occur in 7 days that is not expacted from this type of valuable company. I respect for airtel so I apply but now They Don't give satisfactory work....

Airtel Network issues at Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune

1. Unstable network at Hinjewadi phase-3, Pune.
2. Internet connectivity frequently disconnects and downgrades to E from 4G.
3. No 4G calls are possible.

4. Complaint Raised on Airtel app on 25th Dec, 2022. SR: CLCCV3WST[protected].
SR was closed without any resolution. No one from customer care reached for resolution.
Unprofessional and unethical practices of closing SR without any actual resolution....

Airtel disown my prepaid number

In the month of October, i did MNP for my number [protected] from vodafone postpaid to Airtel Prepaid with 299 recharge and it was successfully ported and working fine.
on 10th November, i did second recharge of 99 rs for another 28 days. so it was supposed to be valid till 8th December and till 30th December, we received message to recharge the SIM.

Refund of my transaction

Hello,

Nonreceipt of recharge benefit on unlimited pack

Network not available in dubai

Exorbitant data usage rate

I have been using Airtel net pack of Rs 299 every month. But this time i.e. from 5th Jan. 2023 onwards, my daily data allowance of 1.5 gb does exhaust in half an hour of internet browsing. This was not so in previous months. I didn't pick up telemarketing calls from airtel and they have stopped calling recently. It seems in retaliation they have started to drain my daily data in too very short time as a marketing strategy. Please help me....
