I put ten day ir pack for malaysia it includes unlimited calls and 3 gb network pack. But i cant use data. They charged for using data service. Totally i raised the complaint 8 times but they don't rectify my problem. Problem is in their network side. So i asked to refund the amount for not using the data service. But they said they have no option to refund. Only have option to provide fake ad's lol....

My airtel payments account is blocked for account no [protected] for the last few days and i am not able to re-genarate my mpin by providing the personal details required from me, hence please arrange for resetting my mpin or call me back immediately as i need to reload money in my account as the same has been blocked by the company and i am unable to reload money nor rechrage any of my accounts....

I've ported my no.[protected] from bsnl to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service....

I am a airtel postpaid customer for 2 months.
And need to covert to prepaid but when i went to store they said minimum time for conversion is 6 months, that is till six months i have to use in postpaid, but my usage is very less and i have to pay minimum rs.230 per month. I had ported my number from docomo to airtel a couple of months back. After that, i used to recharge via paytm and airtel app, as i mainly use 4g packs from airtel. Since may 2017, i cannot recharge online anymore. I tried every pack, from rs. 14 to 496, different payment methods, and every recharge fails via airtel app/website.
