My airtel sim is barred without any intimation on nov 2022 then after asking airtel store they told document issue like then i submit all require document. after 50 days my sim is activated.
then again barred march 28th 2023, I called up again. This time the airtel representative said, incorrect documents were submitted. When I asked which document was incorrect. He said he didn't know and nobody in Airtel can tell me that. He suggested a list of documents which had to be submitted, which was nothing but same set of documents I submitted last time. Now I don't know actually what was wrong in my previous document submitted to Airtel and I fear the whole process will repeat with Airtel. But nobody was able to tell what was incorrect in first place.still now am not receive my number

    Hi sir,

    I live in Wagholi, Pune - 412207.

    From last 10 days, there is some issue in internet, it get down by morning and resumes by night we are not able to do our office work and they are generating bills without any delay instead of providing services.

    I tried to reach their support, but they have Airtel Thanks App, on which the format to raise complain is also changed, only bot options are there we can't contact the company anyhow.

    Airtel is just fooling people by not providing proper services but charging amount from customer, it becomes very difficult to work and has to look for other options.

    Kindly take some action against Airtel, to provide services for customer are paying.

      Not getting UPC Cord after sending message

      Sir my number was port on dated 15th Feb 2023, on 18th May.2023 i am sending Port request in 1900, the message is coming that your UPC request has been rejected due to attempting to generate Porting code within 90 days. but if we calculate the total no of days from 15th Feb to 18th May. its 92 days.

      I disconnected a connection from airtel over 3 months ago, [Feb] by calling customer care and letting them know I was done with their service because it kept disconnecting randomly, the technician said that they will do whatever it takes to fix it the next day, when it wasn't done the next day, I told customer care, I want to close the connection, they acknowledgeded the request on phone, they initially tried to tell me no sir are you sure, if we raise cancellation then it will negatively affect the technician's job, I was like I dont care man I still dont have internet, I am not paying for this, they reluctantly agreed, I got ACT same day installation and moved on, now I am beginning to doubt that the request for cancellation was never raised to protect the technician's fault for not fixing my line

      Now I keep getting a call from random airtel hooligans claiming that my connection is still active and that I need to pay my lapsed bill

      Who's at fault here? me? for not taking in writing that I have indeed closed my connection? if it helps, I contacted Airtel through that thanks app they have so I am pretty sure I can get logs of my conversation saying I closed it with them, but the conversation happened on phone and I can't tolerate the hooliganism, everyday 10-20 people random numbers message me saying you need to pay bill but as far as I am concerned I cancelled legally by calling airtel customer care, as a consumer, what else am I supposed to do?

      I am extremely fed up of this and need help, it is negatively affecting me dealing with this nonsense everyday

      If you believe this is my fault, happy to pay and move on, but no one replies to the emails I send customer care, different hooligans keep harassing every day, no resolution is in sight

        Hi All,

        I have been trying to separate the Airtel number from Primary number since last month and Airtel not processing the same.
        I have called multiple time to airtel on the number separation but they are not processing the request as the number need to physically verified, but when I have taken the number provided all the necessary document for postpaid connection.
        Looking at this scenario and I am out of station and residing in different city all together.

        Why airtel need physical verification now to separate the number.

          Hi There,

          I am an Airtel Broadband customer since past 1 year. I am facing an issue with the broadband connection issue since last 4 days, I have been trying to reach out customer care but no use.

          Not even able to talk to customer care, the ticket always say will be resolved in 48 hours, but still not even assigned to the engineer.

          When we try to create a new ticket, it is pointing to the existing ticket which is not progressing.

            No tower range in the area since last week. Areas where range is not available are Kainatty and chorode near vadakara.

            No incoming and out going calls possible.

                Refund not processed for failed transaction

                It's been 10 days, and the refund has not been processed yet from the Airtel side. I did a recharge of Rs 239/- for [protected] using an HDFC credit card on 4th May using my Airtel Thanks App associated with the account [protected], but unfortunately, the transaction got failed, money was debited from the HDFC card and was not refunded to my credit card account so far. I dropped an email to Airtel but no response from their end.

                  For my house i searched for internet provider mean time airtel person called me explain 699 plan excluding gst and total Rs. 800.00 (including gst) and 5 months plan Rs. 4000.00 and i paid Rs. 4000.00 by online on 8/5/2023. after that dth person came installed dth. after that broad band person came installed board band with 3 joints and provided old router and only 3 to 4hrs worked and after that wifi was not working. i was given complaint regarding not working of wifi and request id: [protected]

                    With the reference of this mobile number [protected] i have got huge bill for which i have no idea since I'm in international roaming from past 8 months have been paying timely bills however this time they have charged for internet usage for which i don't have any idea.
                    Since my credit limit is only 2000 I'm wondering how can they exceed that. And active international roaming packs manually to generate huge bills .

                      Airtel had stop my 4G services past 1 month without any notification due to 5G implementation, and airtel force me to buy new duplicate sim card 50/- to continue and use my existing plan.
                      As a user i lost here 1+ month 4G dataplan uses and paid 50/- rs without my fault.
                      Because airtel upgrade 5G technology which i am not using and sue to it i lost my 1+ month data plus 50/- rs without any reason.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent billing of my landline cum broadband bill. I have represented my concerns via chat bot and I simply get a notification that my request is closed. I have attached the screenshot to grab your attention. I have been a loyal customer of Airtel for the past 2 years and have never faced any issues with the services provided. However, I was unpleasantly surprised to see that I have been charged for an Amazon prime subscription that I did not opt for. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration for me.

                              I request an immediate intervention from the team to rectify this issue and remove the amount charged from my bill for the Amazon prime subscription so that I could make my payment at the earliest. I take my billing and payments seriously and do not appreciate any discrepancies in the billing process. I urge you to take this matter seriously and ensure that such errors do not occur in the future.

                              Additionally, I would like to request a change in my billing cycle to be between 1st of every month and 30/31 of the month. This will help me plan my finances better and ensure timely payments. I hope you will consider my request and make the necessary changes and also remove the late fee charged.

                              I have been a satisfied customer of Airtel for a long time and hope to continue to be one in the future. However, if such issues persist, I may have to opt out of your services. I trust that you will take prompt action and resolve this matter at the earliest.

                                I want to port my number to another cellular network provider, when i am trying to generate porting code I am getting below message
                                "UPC cannot be generated as there is subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider."
                                It's been two months I have been continuously contacting customer care none of them are able to provide any resolution all they do, they take time to resolve issue with in 72 hours, and giving false assurance to resolve my issue and then they never contact to me, this is extremely disappointing and frustrating for me as those executives have no idea how to resolve my complain, that it is more than two months Airtel is unable to resolve my issue what a shame for company.
                                All the want to get my UPC code generated so that I can port out.

                                    I have recharged for monthly Airtel Xstream Fiber for Rs. 1179/- on 14th April 2023. The recharge was successful but the internet was disconnected. I have raised multiple issues with Airtel customer care but they did not provide any solution or resolve the issue for 4 days.

                                    Later I have asked them to cancel my connection and refund the amount but they said in prepaid plan they are not able to refund. How it could be possible when the user is not used any service and Airtel is not ready to refund?

                                    I request you to help to get the refund and put a case on airtel for this process and behavior.
