[Resolved] Airtel — No network service since 3 days | |||||
Dear Sir, My name is Hari Krishna & i have Airtel postpaid connection with number [protected] with Mumbai region. I lost signals since 28/1/17 without any reason whereas i dont have any pending bills at all. When i am trying to reach their representatives, all are saying there is no problem with their service & it will get sorted soon. I could not have many important calls till now due to this issue. I want compensation for the loss from Airtel for the same. It is really embarrassing after several calls also there is no response from their end. They are taking undue advantage of the customer's weakness as this number is important to me & i cant change it as of now. Kindly look into the matter & do justice to me.
