[Resolved] Airtel — No pick up of Router and Dish even cancellation since December 2021

I had cancelled my Airtel Postpaid Broadband connection back in December 2021. This includes my broadband and the Dish since there was an offer to recived free installation on opting for dish as well. After a couple of Hassling calls I was told that my device and assets would be picked up in month of January 2022. They are lying in my house till date without any engagement from the staff. Moreover I just received a call yesterday from the broadband department requesting to pay an outstanding bill for which it was already cleared back then.

Requesting the Airtel customer care to have this picked up at once or else I will be obliged to sell it for spare part collection.

Your quick response and resolution is highly anticipated in this matter

I received a call from an Airtel staff member claiming a pick up had been scheduled today (21.Apr.2022). The person arrived and told me he was assigned to pick up the router only however the DTH pick up was not assigned yet he asked me to fill a form on spot to register a pick for the DTH box as well. Pleasant experience and done. The equipment assets such as dish and the cable apparatus are still in my possession since they don't require it anymore.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
