    As promised I didn't get internet for 2 days.after which I decided to disconnect airtel broadband connection.this was within a month .and so they were supposed to refund the amount . Starting the were attending my calls. They asked to wait for 45 days. Disconnection was done on January, now it's March, till now they are just giving some excuses and cheating me.Now their employees are misleading me with wrong information s.i feel cheated.my money is with them.this is shameful for Airtel services

      I've had no network on my postpaid connection for the past couple of days. I tried to raise a complaint on their useless and ridiculous Thanks app but of course it doesn't work. I'm stuck in an infinite loop where I click on the option "Unable to make or receive calls" and it says I should call customer care. When I call customer care, it says I need to register a complaint via the thanks app because they need accurate location information....

      When i recharged of rs 2798 it was showing that i have got vip subscription of hotstar. but now this is not working. I was not able to see ipl and other hotstar vip feature. When i called airtel care they told me you have to recharge separately hotstar vip subscription. But they have not mentioned this before recharge. Why they are misadversting.
      i want to airtel provide me hotstar vip subscription for 1 year.

          Broadband Number :[protected]

          I am being harassed by the Airtel retention team after I requested the disconnection of my Airtel Broadband. I have been getting at least 3 calls every day for the last 20 days asking me the reason for disconnection and them trying to give me alternates. I have clearly stated and pleaded with them that I am disconnecting as I will not be in the country for a prolonged time. Instead of doing this, I have been getting calls everyday from different agents asking me the reason for disconnection and actually not disconnecting the service. I have no dues left with Airtel and this has become a clear case of harassment.

          Airtel please do the needful and disconnect my service. Even if I return to India, I am not going to use your services because of this harassment. This is not how you retain customers.

            On 29th March 2022 and 31st March 2022 I had recharged my airtel numbers for rs.99 . ( 2 different numbers) Both the times, i paid using gpay and the money got debited from my account but the recharge was not done. This is highly disappointing. I want a refund for both.
            This must be done as soon as possible

                I have been complaining about the poor network issues since 4 months. But the network is being even worse now. They are postponing due date to solve issue every time I complain about their provided services.

                    I have joint postpaid account with my husbands number with Airtel and when my husband moved to Germany we just activated a 24 hr international roaming pack for some urgent problem so he could have get few calls that day and with the assumption that it will get deactivated again like it was before and while activation it was no where mentioned on the app saying if we use any service post the 24 hrs even by mistake this pack will keep on activating . But for 2 months they kept on charging this 649 whenever my husbands number used again unintentionally the data . Also not even a single time we got any notification that a pack of 649 is activated on your account today like we got it the first time. And even after visiting the customer care centre and dropping them multiple emails I have not got any resolution from them plus they have again increased the bill amount to 21k from last months 18k.
                    Also last but not the least when I received the first bill of 6k I tried deactivating the IR service using app it didn’t allow me and then same happened the next month and I have attached the screenshot and provided the same to the customer care.

                        My name is ganesh p and my number is [protected] and my email id is ganesh.[protected]@gmail.com. I requested for porting from Airtel to Jio on Jan 6th. The jio person, helped me pay the Airtel outstanding amount and gave a Jio Sim and took photo of me. He mentioned the porting is done and your airtel sim will stop working in 3 days and you can use jio sim after that. But somehow airtel closed the porting request stating the complaint is resolved, though i did not approve stopping the porting. When i enquired Airtel, they said they did not get any porting request, though i have received multiple sms and calls from airtel to re-think about porting and stop it. When i escalated this to the airtel nodal officer, i was told by the nodal officer that airtel did not receive any porting request and when i asked about why your sales folks called me repeatedly top stop porting, the nodal officer said will get back and never got back.
                        Also i never asked for IR in my phone and im continuously billed for that..I escalated to the appalle officer, but i did not get any response though.
                        I paid all outstanding when i did porting on Jan 6th, later i received an sms stating my complaint has been resolved, when neither i gave any complaint or stopped the porting request. Moreover i have been charged IR rental, rental after jan 6th, when technically airtel should have ported my number.
                        I even requested later to airtel its due to their fault i could not port, SO asked them to remove any charges after jan 6th and port my number atleast to airtel prepaid, which was also not done
                        The nodal officer acted as if they did not get any porting request when clearly i have proof of making the porting even according to sms from airtel, asking me to stop porting request and text that they have received the porting request and also my outstanding bill at the time of porting request on jan 6th is 0

                          My airtel number was recharged on[protected], Amount has been deducted from the bank account but my airtel mobile number recharged till now.
                          10 days gone and money is also not refunded to the bank account.

                            I have been using the airtel service with mobile number[protected] for more than 15 years. Before few days SIM card stopped working and when I visited the airtel store I came to know that my sim was registered in another name. This seems to be a complete fraudulent act for the fancy number and they also saying that since this is a fancy number we cannot get it back. We have given this [protected] in all our aadhar card, bank, ration card and passport and we have all the proof. Recently before 3 years only we got airtel 4G sim from the same airtel store by replacing our 3G sim. I do not understand how they gave 4G sim if the 3G sim is not registered in my name. This seems to be a big scam for the fancy number. I request to get my sim card ASAP.

The text services says that “you are not authorized to use lapu reversal service. Please contact to circle coordinator.” please help me out with this issue and recharge to the correct number as soon as possible .

                                I have opted to get airtel broadband (xtreme fiber) on 4 feb 2022 on the insist of airtel's sales persons roaming in streets. the person [protected] dealed me and bring a person Mr dubey [protected] and ankush [protected] to inspect my site to check the signal and they told me the signal is ok and later they punched my connection sale and took the amount 600 rs on behalf of 590 rs from me after promising me the amount is refundable if i would be unsatisfied with service, on the installation day their technician Mr Shammi [protected] did not installed landline telephone, and left the site as it is in uncompleted status, next day after several requests finally they installed but i was highly dissatisfied with the speed and connection of xtreme fiber and later i requested them several time to sort bcz the Mr shammi told me to ask for any service to him till one month but they had made fake promises, finally their visit many times they failed to sort the problem and later on 9th feb 2022 i decided to terminate the connection and requested to terminate and excutive unbundled my two sims which i have got bundle in airtel black and these two sims had much pack in prepaids that time, without let me know it will be unbundle and i'll be lose banefits, then Mr Baljinder [protected] came to scene and promised me bundle it again and asked me to get two day to sort the issues but he also made fake promises, later on 12 feb i called helpline again and requested to terminate the connection, i plugged out the modem and kept aside, but after many calls on helpline no one came to collect the modem till date, and now i have recived the bill for broadband which i havenot used for even one or two days properly and no one is listening me on even helpline, airtel is assisnating me and doing harrasment to me, i want to get my pack value back and refund my money i had paid at the time of installation,

                                today i received a call from Mr Baljinder [protected] sales person and want to know the issue and when i told him about his fake promises he made to me i m suffering till now he got angry and shouted at me to go where ever i can. i said i had complined on consumer forum he said i dont care. this is totally harrasment from airtel

                                    Email sent to Airtel, no response form them, they continue to harass me and my family.
                                    Dear Airtel,

                                    I had like to bring to the attention of the responsible Office bearers @ Airtel on the irregularities/fraud in bill collection process.
                                    The Airtel executives are trying to extort money from me - to put it blank.

                                    Just to give back ground, I had cancelled my Broadband connection six months back, this after making multiple calls to Airtel making the outstanding payment on the broad band connection then and cancelling the connection. At first they refused to accept the cancellation of my broad band connection, quoting various procedural formalities, like call on such and such a date … make payment etc.

                                    Finally I managed to cancel my broad band connection multiple times. I have recorded few of my conversation with the executives.

                                    These executives keep calling me daily and disturbing me in my business/office hours. My self and and my family are under great stress and exposed to extreme harassment by the Airtel executives.

                                    I have good standing relationship with Airtel for over 30 years now. I am hopefull that this is Issue addressed at the earliest and bring back sanity.
