[Resolved]  Airtel — No refund of Security deposit for postpaid connection

I changed from Airtel prepaid to postpaid in November 2012 by paying a security deposit of 500 Rupees. When I asked for a bill, the representative in the airtel relationship center(Pedda Waltair, Visakhapatnam) said that they will refund it back either as 100 each for three consecutive months or when I exit. Ok, Fine looks good I proceed to take a connection. So far so good, I got the first bill with no refund in it. I called the customer care, they said that I will get after 3rd month. Fine, I started looking at my bills every month. There is no refund till date. Instead, there were always mistakes in the bill almost every month. Which I had to call the customer care and resolve by questioning them with my mobile usage records. For which they take time and adjust in the bill. I got really pissed off with this. I was happy with my postpaid solitair 999 plan, then comes the My plan. They change my postpaid plan to myplan without my interest in it. Then the bill started to double the previous bills. Then I decided to convert back into prepaid in Dec '13. Now comes the security deposit. I asked about my security deposit they say you don't have any security deposit. Then I asked, do you give a postpaid connection without a deposit ? They said "NO". "Then what happened to my security deposit ?" I'm really unhappy with your customer service and also with your network now. The network really sucks now. I'm porting my number. I need my security deposit back. I'm not going to leave this issue, I will go to any level. I have every record.
