This is regarding false committment by Airtel Staff & poor Customer service Delivery agsinst new Airtel BB connection.
I had applied for a new BB Connection.On 27/01/2014, an executive name Mr.Abhinav Kalsiya from Airtel visited my place, gave me full details about the plans & products.On 28/01/2014, I called him at his Mob.No. [protected], handed over all the formalities along with the SD of Rs.250/- for the same.I was given a Rcpt.no. 2723, dted-28/01/2014.I was informed that the technical team shall be coming on 30/01/2014 for cable set up & installation.
I called Mr.Abhinav Kalsiya on 30/01/2014, at noon hours, I was told that he shall be updating me about the visit within an hour.When no revert from his end, I called him again, I was told that the installation shall be done the next day, afternoon, as the technical team are busy in some other cable malfunctioning issues.
On 31/01/2014, I called him, he did not responded to my calls.Finally I called at the LL no.mentioned at his Visiting Card.Was mentioned, Anshika Communication & the LL No.[protected].A kind lady responded & bluntly told me that my connection cannot be processed as there is no connectivity & neither the technical team will accord for the same.Surprisingly, this is not correct.As two of my neighbours are having Airtel BB & it was by their word of mouth that I came to know about the satisfactory result of the connectivity.One of them share a common boundary with us.The other residing opposite.
When I shared these details to the CC lady, I was told to enquire to these people about the weak service quality, as she is sure that the quality may not be at all satisfactory.
I am surprised about the quality of work force, Airtel has employed.One who took away all the details & cash, but not responding after then, the other one who is giving such negative feedback about their product, even when the customer is sharing valuable feedback.
Eventually my father called Mr.Abhinav Kalsiya from his no.& the same feedback was shared to us.
If there isnt any connectivity, how my neihgbours are experiencing satisfacory results.And if it is so, why Mr.Abhinav did not shared this before login.Now it is told to me that I may be refunded back my cash thru chq.
This seems unjust & unfair, as I was given false information.Sales team are bothered about their numbers, as it was month closing.Once the login is thru, let the customer keep on raising his voice & suffer.This needs to be addressed immediately.
I want an appropriate resolution to be provided to me within 48 hrs, else I do not mind putting extra effort & few more bucks to approach the consumer forum & proceed legally, as well.
This is an absurd, negligient & indisciplined act of the employess of Airtel.
Need an immediate action & resolution for the same.

Is this reply a copy and paste work done for every complaint. The same reply was provided even for another customer, which I found on checking other complaints (Bharti Airtel - Defamation of Customer). Please try to resolve the complaints in a sincere way rather than usual frivolous way of replying to protect the brand value of your organisation.I would appreciate if an appropriate action is taken and the issue is properly resolved.
