Facing issue with my airtel 2g internet pack.Recently recharged my mobile for 126 rs to activate airtel 2g pack for 28 days, plan got activated in a second but the think is not getting more than 8 kbps data transfer required to wait for minimum 2 mins to view google page itself. Since from my childhood I am using the same number([protected])..Now a days the response from the Airtel CC is too worst instead of providing a solution they are simply disconnecting the call. Planning to change my network according to the response which I am going to get from AIRTEL.

    i purchase today 2G recharge of 149/- for 30 days from airtel online mobile recharge site. There info is given as 2G recharge unlimited benefit.but they provide me recharge of 145/- and benefit is given to me is 750 MB for 28 days.When i complain through customer care but they are telling me that there is processed recharge of 145/-.After recharge i received a message from Airtel of 149 and balance deducted from my SBBJ net banking is also 149.No one is listening me.please solve this problem. i have also screen shots of the website n also the link of the Site.

      Hi, I have booked my airtel broadband connection online and paid security deposit Rs.500. Please find the attached acknowledgment for your reference, but when I call the call center of Aritel they says they do not have any information about my booking.           Dear Sir, We are undergoing immense trouble from Mar 1st due to irresponsible behavior of Airtel's technical support folks. We have 5 mobile phones which operate with airtel sims and are used in different types of handsets (nokia, samsung, apple iphone). Though we see the strength of the signal to be very strong in all mobile phones, we are unable to receive any incoming calls to mobiles which use airtel sims from last two days. Even we are unable to receive any text messages to our mobiles. Most importantly, I wish to bring to your attention that this is happening only when our mobile phones are in my residential area.If we move out of our residential area more than 1km, we do not see any of the above mentioned problems. We have been calling customer support and recorded our complaint(Complaint numbers: PR[protected], PR[protected], PR55279850 Escalation department complaint number:[protected] almost five times in past few days but all our efforts have gone waste. We still are unable to receive any incoming calls to our airtel mobiles and have suffered a lot in terms of missing important business calls, matrimony proposals in connection with my children. Further we are unable to book any flight tickets and do any bank transactions and other miscellaneous transactions which require the use of sms security passwords. I hope necessary steps would be taken to resolve this issue immediately.             Hi, I was carrying an Airtel mobile phone number ([protected]) for a long time. Couple of years ago, I asked Airtel to close my mobile account as I was not in the need of that number. As obvious, they didn't want me to quit their services and offered me advance rental plan of Rs 500 for 2 years. The phone bill would come only as per my usage. I paid the amount for next 2 years. I hardly used to use that phone and I lost it some time back. My mistake was that I missed to inform Airtel however it is supposed to be Advance Rental. They have to charge me in advance before they activate my services for next tenure. To my surprise, I received a bill of around Rs 600 in my e-mail. When I replied back asking them to close my account as I am not using my number, Airtel said that I need to pay this bill irrespective o[censored]sage of this number. How can you charge me "Advance Rental" if I am telling you that I won't be using your services in future. Airtel is charging this amount to me for future usage of this phone and now threatening me to take legal actions (that I know they can't) if I don't pay this amount.               I recharged my phone for 3g plan Rs152 and got only 350mb data instead of 500mb as shown on website. Also got a confirmation sms of said 500mb 3g data. On calling customer care 5 times, they said company changed their plans and site was not updated. Also there was no solution provided to me other than i was told to live with it for a month.
              Airtel is so busy scamming people that they don't have time to update their website.
              If changes are made, the rates on the website should be changed accordingly and not expect the customers to know when any changes are made.
              On asking for a solution i was told that there will be no compensation.
              On calling customer care, the ivr should say the not so good 3g provider in mumbai.

                Dear sir, i had been using Airtel sim mobile no. -[protected] for 8 years, I use to submit all the bills regularly, but by mistake i skipped 1 of the bill as i wasnt in town. so they disconnected my number. After that when i approached them, the customer care person promised me that if i pay the whole bill, they will start the no... I cleared the whole bill amount but still they have not given my number back..and always said that it has been transferred to "PD" and cannot be issued again. I but now they have issued the number to some one else.. please please help me to get back my number as it is verry very imprtant for me. and is causing me finantial and moral loss.. thanking you

                  With complete frustration and with no one to help us finally sending this mail.
                  I have been using Airtel Landline [protected]. But I decided to disconnect landline services.
                  I have spoken to Airtel customer care so many times but of no use. At last with total frustration I have logged a complaint and request for Cancellation of
                  service . Cancellation Request no: 43289094. we also got a response through sms stating that your number will be disconneted in 7 working days.
                  But to my surprise today I received sms stating bill for current month that is Feb 2014. When I requested for Number Cancellation I cleared mentioned that
                  I have paid all outstanding bill amount and no Amount is pending.

                  Today when I spone to customer care they mentioned that I agreed for Number transfer to my Friend and I agreed on feb 14th. I have not received any call and I dont have any friend to ransfer my number. With total frustration and Feeling that I am beeing cheated by Airtel drafting this mail. For God sake please cancel this number immediately and Do the needful.

                    Hi..I have just ported my idea prepaid no. to airtel postpaid..I was already using one corporate plan in airtel and i requested for same corporate plan in that new ported connection.. Your executive himself confirmed that i will get the same corporate plan in this new connection as well within 24 hours of number activation... But i just need to call 121 for that within 24 hours of service activation and ask them to merge 299 plan with corporate plan ...My number got activated last night and after calling 121 within 24 hours i am getting informed that corporate plan cannot be activated on my new connection and instead i have to pay monthly rental of 299... I opted for airtel just because i needed same corporate plan but your executive misguided me. I truly believed that airtel customer service is one of the best but such false commitments given by your customer executive has changed my mind now... I would request to please revert whether i can get the corporate plan that i requested for or not..else i have to give up this connection and better go back to idea network. My number - [protected]

                        I got a bill of Rs. 1050.79, but my monthly plan is Rs. 299 (corporate plan), with benefits of 600 min, 1GB data, 250 sms. But I hardly used 900 MB, around 300 min.                           My 3g airtel dongle number is [protected]. I purchased 3g dongle on Sep2013 and worked for only 1 month with full speed. From next month onwards it connects at very very slow speed ( worse than 2g), and some times its even not working. I contacted the customer care to solve the problem, but they asked to check my dongle outside my house. But i don't have laptop or mobile that supports this dongle. i asked them to file my complaint or disconnect it, they said first you must pay your previous bill full. I have paid but still they didn't attend my problem and didn't not disconnect it. Still they making bill for every month, i have paid bills like this for 4 months. Why should i have to pay for not using? Very worst customer service from Airtel. The customer care people does not know how to speak to customer. I am totally frustrated with them and the Dongle. So i am requesting you to disconnect the service and don't make bills. Please make action to disconnect ASAP. regards saravanan

                          I GOT CALL FROM AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE AFTER RAISING THIS ISSUE, BUT THE PERSON GAVE SUGGESTION TO CHANGE POST PAID TO PREPAID WITHOUT ANY CHARGES FOR THIS PROCESS, AND MOREOVER HE SAID THAT HE PROMISED ME TO REVISE ALL THE CHARGES AND DISSCONNECT THE LINE, BUT WHEN I WENT TO THE AIRTEL SHOP THEY MENTIONED AMOUNT OF RS.1872 TO PAY FOR CHANGING POST PAID TO PRE PAID AND STILL THIS CONNECTION IS IN ACTIVE NOT YET DISSCONNECTED. THIS ISSUE DIDNT CLEARED BY CONCERNED PEOPLE FROM AIRTEL. WITH THIS KIND OF IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR AND WASTING MY TIME. THIS CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING, WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT?
                          I DONT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH AIRTEL IN FUTURE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD IN AIRTEL, I NEED PROPER REPLY.

ITS GOPI'S MISTAKE WITHOUT INFORMING CONCERN DEPARTMENT AND PROMISED ME BLINDLY FOR CLOSING THIS. I WONT PAY THIS AMOUNT. IF YOU DIDNT TAKE ANY ACTION FOR THIS PROPERLY. I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT.

                            Hi, My no. is [protected]. Airtel has automatically updated my monthly credit limit which I have set as Rs 500 to Rs 5600 and generated a bill of Rs 1371. Ideally I have set credit limit of Rs 500 so that I should not pay more than Rs 500 for any month. Also, Airtel has messaged on the start of Feb cycle month that 200MB internet has been given to you but after bill generation of Feb month they are telling that it was for Jan month. But still I am ok to pay Rs 500 as that was originally my monthly credit limit but not more than that as this is a case of fraud. Please look into the above issue. Regards, Shubham

                                Since last 3 years I have been using airtel broadband. But since the day of installation they have been charging extra amount (for dsl usage charges) that i have never used. Despite to repeated request ( around 50 times in last three years it has not been deactivated. I have also requested for disconnection of broadband but they do not disconnect it. they call at my number of times while I m at my workplace (operation theatre). Last time an executive called me and told waiver will b provided if I make the rest of the payment, but the waiver was rejected.                                   And shame the custemor executive from airtel who never knows customer problem

                                    I subscribed for a new airtel digital TV HD connection on tuesday[protected]. It has been 4 days and the installation of the dish and the set top box is yet to happen. I contacted the following airtel numbers. [protected], [protected], [protected]. Whenever I call the customer service the reply I get from this is, that the issue has been escalated to the next level. Till now I have neither received a call from technician or the dealer. I am utterly disappointed by the service provided by airtel and deeply regret my decision to go for this subscriber.

                                        I was an airtel costumer. i have anaccount created for airtel money services.My mobile number for airtel money is [protected] . I have transacted an amount of Rs 3000 /-. From airtel money to my personal bank account on 28th January . the money was not credited . Airtel department shows irresponsible gesture on this issue . below are bank details Name : lokineni sai Krishna Bank : ICICI Account no:[protected] I haven't received the amount to my account till February 16th 2014. I have contacted the costumer care but haven't got any response. My transaction ID for airtel money is[protected]. Costumer care said they are looking into the issue.hoping the issue will be resolved .Later I have applied for number portability. I haven't got money then also. So on 11th February 2014 I have escalated the issue with the help of costumer care. On 11th they processed my portability with out any prior SMS or call confirmation . Now as my number is not airtel they were not replying. This is not fair. So please look into the issue and resolve it. Even I have balance in my airtel money .please make sure that both the transaction amount of 3000/- and balance of 248 /- is credited back to my bank account or to my credit card from where I have loaded the money. its today feb 21 and till date they were not responding to my emails, calls .they were trying to loot amount of[protected] + 35+ 248) .I have reached all the airtel office but was, they were not responding well. i would like ti initiate a case on airtel network ( Airtel money department )to get this amount i have wasted my 28 days of time and fuel expenses. please file a case against them in voilating the rules to safegaurd public interest. even i want a fine to be imposed on them so that they would be carefull in case of other costumers. please look into the issue.
