[Resolved]  Airtel — No service Or emergency calls only International Roaming

I am an NRI working in Kuwait and Visit my native in India once or twice a year. I had subscribed to a Airtel prepaid life time service SIM card in my last visit to India in the month of April'09. Mobile phone no is +91-[protected]. It was explained to me by the Airtel Agent that I need to have a minimum balance of atleast Rs 200/- to keep the SIM card active. But the problem is as it is showing no service will my recharge affect. Will my sim get its signal back. I asked customer care for a garuntee but they are not giving proper response they are just saying to recharge Rs 200. Please help with this issue.
