Airtel — no service/no refund/go on billing the customer | |||
Hello Last month, i had placed an request airtel internet connection and reference number for the same is caf number [protected] (Payment details enclosed). Airtel representative sundar ph [protected] told that you will get refund for the same due to no connection provided. I latter came to know that airtel doesn't provide refund nor does it take the complaint in this regard. I tried through all the means phone and email but they never speak to the topic. Why is that they dont confirm that they will not be billing me for not providing the services. I also requested for refund form which i can fill and submit it to get the entire amount refunded but non on the escalation officers are responding. Please call me on [protected] and help me in this regard. Can i expect response from the company to my email id [protected]@gmail.com. I can also show the list of correspondence made. I still haven't received the refund amount as they have claimed to have send it to me. Then can provide proof for the same and that is also not been provided. It is not a good business practice.
