[Resolved] Airtel — No use of 121 and 198. They can stop their 121 and 198 gold card service it seems. It's worst than BSNL. | |||||
I recharged my mobile for 110 rs as it was the offer there in my airtel app. The amount got debited but not credited to my airtel balance. I tried calling to the 121, 198 and many other ways to connect with them or inform them about this. But none of their gold care customer care representatives seems to be available for the past 5 hours. On top of it every single time I tried to call 121 N 198. It would start saying my mobile number ( ya thanks for reminding my mobile number to me). My sim card validity ( ya very usefull and must needed information ) .and after pressing many other numbers as per the recorded voice says and then comes the golden people to attend my call and answer me, evey time they did not pick, or it did not ring only, or it will get disconnected automatically, like I am wasting hours after hours to get any of that rare breed golden people of golden care customer care representatives. But then no use of any attempts. I lost 110 rs. And it's unimaginably frustrating because that recharge did not happen at the right time I wanted it and also the moment t I tried to complaint its even more frustrating .
