Airtel — non activation of hd channels in spite of making a recharge of rs 5500/-. | |
Sir, my customer id is [protected] and on 03 sep 2017 i made a recharge of rs 5500/-through my paytm wallet on seeing your advertisement of getting all channels including hd channels on my tv for a duration of one year. However the channels were not activated and after repeated complaints an airtel representative visited my residence on 07 sep 2017. This person's name was nikhil and he seemed to be a novice, after giving flimsy excuses, he assured me that the channels would get activated within 24 hours. This however never materialized and since then we have been making repeated telephonic complaints but on deaf ears. I am therefore addressing this problem to consumer complaints with the hope that remedial measures are taken forthwith and i start getting all channels including hd channels for a period of one year as has been quoted in your advertisement and for which i have already made payments to airtel.
