Airtel — non activation of new postpaid connection for more than 5 days | |||
Hi, My sim still not got activated inspite of repeated followups and chasing. Its been more than 4 days and it still isn't activated. The assurance from the airtel person to get this activated before 5pm today also failed. I never thought that airtel will have such worst customer service and the customer has to run from pillar to post to get one connection activated. This is very disappointing and frustrating and the service levels are pathetic to say the least. It would have been better on my part to go ahead with vodafone with whom I have a good relationship. The service levels and the kind of response received from the Airtel staff will be shared with other members on the social media platform so that other customers do not fall to the cheap tricks and tall promises claimed by big companies.
