[Resolved] Airtel — Non-receipt of recharge confirmation SMS | |||
I recharged my phone ([protected]) through my Axis bank credit card on[protected] . TXN No. www.airtel.in/Seq No[protected]. I haven't got any cofirmation SMS from airtel yet. The balance statement after I make a call doesn't reflect the recharge either. I went to the nearest customer care centre, but I didn't get any help from there. I am still as confused as I was before I went there. Besides, I have a 4G handset and a 4G SIM provided by airtel, but my service has not been upgraded yet. As a result, I am not able to enjoy the free data offer available to 4G customers. Worst of all, the IVRS used by airtel is quite a trying experience and is not helpful at all.
