Airtel — non redressal of grievance for 2 years | |||
For my post paid phone number, i have been trying to get it deactivated since i retired from my services two years ago. Customer care says it's a corporate number so they cannot help. The team on email says contact through coordinator. I keep telling i cannot contact via coordinator because in army no one can contact an officer this way after retiring. I have been paying bill for 2 years but now i will file a complaint and dispose sim, if resolution not provided. Please provide some assistance, airtel care.
