Airtel — not able to connect to bsnl landline numbers in himachal pradesh distt. una hp from any of airtel punjab mobile numbers

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that we have three postpaid and prepaid airtel mobile numbers but we are not able to connect to bsnl landline numbers in himachal pradesh (Distt. Una, area - mubarakpur, amb) since last more than 6 months. We have raised this issue with airtel customer case but didn't get any satisfactory reply. Airtel customer care informed us that there is no issue at their end. On the other hand, bsnl (H. P., distt. Una, mubarakpur, amb) says, there is no issue at their end.

Further, i would like to mention that dialing to bsnl landline to the said area is not possible even from your any airtel mobile numbers from ludhiana. We have got it cross verified by your different airtel stores in ludhiana. You can check it at your end also

If we dial from other mobile operators, there is no such issue.

Can somebody tell me why is it so???

Updated by Sunikshit With reference to the cited subject, this is to inform you that i got a service pack of rs.2999/- activated on my mobile number[protected] on 06.08.2018 for use in switzerland on 10-14 august, 2018 but i couldn't enjoy this facility during the said period. Only internet was working and that too at a very low speed. I couldn't send any sms and make any phone call.

On 16th august and subsequently, i contacted the customer care office but didn't get any reply for the same. I have physically checked and verified from airtel authorized store that no sms and no outgoing phone calls were made through from the said service pack.

- i have suffered a lot and it's my hard earned money
- our all the numbers, wi-fi and dish are of airtel right from the begining
- being such a big telecom and networking group, we expect 100% compensation because i coundn't get proper services
