[Resolved] Airtel — not able to do online recharge using any wallet or airtel.in or airtel app on the number [protected] | |||
I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. This number was bought has prepaid from delhi circle. I have started facing this issue for a month now. 1. Unable to recharge from airtel wallet. A message that i get is 'transaction failed'. It is working fine with another airtel number. 2. Unable to recharge from the internet, paytm and other modes. It gives message unsuccessful transaction and wrong mapping of circle and number. This is happening only with my mobile number [protected], it is working fine with other airtel numbers. I have used different mobile banks and credit and debit cards. Have made several complaints also. 3. I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails. Finally, i am unable to recharge my mobile number [protected]. I have contacted customer care, branch but still, my problem is not resolved. Kindly resolve at the earliest.
