Airtel — not able to reach post conversion from postpaid to prepaid | |||||
Hi team, I recently converted my postpaid number to prepaid. The conversion was succesful and the new prepaid sim was activated after tele verification. But now when i try to recharge my mobile number with myairtel app am always getting transaction failed error. I assumed it was some software glitch in the app and i tried to recharge using paytm. I recharged my mobile number for rs448. The transaction was successful but still that amout is not reflected in my account balance. And am not able make any calls. This impacts my work. Pls fix this issue asap. I need to make urgent phone calls. So pls expediate. I have copied the operator reference number from paytm. Operator ref.
