Airtel — not able to recharge my prepaid sim | |||
Hi airtel team, I have converted my airtel post-paid to prepaid and it is successfully activated today. I am trying to recharge now and each time i am getting error message as : “transaction failed” I have tried recharge using my airtel app & paytm as well. Since i need to make outgoing calls, it is very urgent to recharge my prepaid sim. Also not able to recharge data pack as well. Will look forward to hear from you soon. Thank you!
