Airtel — not able to send or receive any sms

I am using airtel service provider, i changed my sim from 3g to 4g yesterday only and inserted sim to redmi note 6 pro.
After inserting my sim, i am unable to read or get any single sms,
This is my primary number which linked with bank and other portals.
Facing too much problem while getting and reading otp.
Please request you to resolve my problem.
