Airtel — not accepting my payment even i made attempt to make payment before due date. simply put penalty and deactivating threatening of consumer

Though i have experience with all ombudsmen like bank, insurance etc.. All do favoritism to bank or insurance company or any forum not to the consumer. Knowing that consumer cannot prove in black and white as all are not documented at the consumer end they just express only verbally and your people also give verbal answer and not any written communication of their weakness or inefficiency or service inferiority.
I visited airtel annanagar, chennai 600040 blue star center thrice since 10th of january, till yesterday[protected] to make the payment. Their cash payment machine is down for one month. It seems the show room people say they have communicated and they do not accept cash payment in counter this is not the first time either due to net down or payment access machine down and even people like us who use your service for more than 15 years are really getting upset of your service added to this today you people blocked my cug numbers out going calls though you did not accept payment and earlier also i have end up paying penalty many times due to your in efficiency of system or airtel's poor net work connectivity in your show room itself. Apart form this. Since i took your connection in my billing address home the net work connectivity is poor and no response even after complaining many times. Every time you team visit the place and just confirm the signal is poor we will report and they nerve report back of any action nor any improvement in signal.
If this attitude of disconnection shows you are not bothered about the consumers and only money and that also those who want to pay before time your poor band width in your own show room declare many time that air tel 's cheating of consumer through media hype.
Only if at all god is there he has to come and experience these hassles and punish
