Airtel — Not adding my wife number into my family group airtel postpaid plan.

For past 7 months I am visiting airtel showroom to add my wife number into my family group postpaid plan. They are not responding properly, instead of adding my wife number into my family cug postpaid plan. They changed my bill plan from Rs. 999 to Rs. 1199. They fooled me to do their sales target. Now again they are asking to upgrade into another for adding my wife number into my postpaid group plan. So many complaints I did, so many emails I sent to airtel leadership team. But still no response. I lost my money, time, patience. For past 7 months they are telling the same statement as there is an system error, so they are unable to convert my wofe number into postpaid and also unable to add into my family group postpaid plan.
