Fraud by Airtel in the name of 5G unlimited internet

I have been airtel sim and done recharge of 666 Rs which claims to provide unlimited 5G data, but it’s been a month they are not providing 5g unlimited data. I have 5G device and I am in 5g network area. In earlier recharge I was able to use 5g unlimited data but this time my daily data is getting exhausted. I have complained Airtel 3-4 times still there is no solution to my problem. Because of their fake claim I am not able to use internet....

Number spoofed and used for spam and frauds

It's been two weeks that I have raised this issue with Airtel but even today I am getting calls from strangers saying that I have called them. I was asked by Airtel Nodal Officer to get a dupe Sim issued and even after that nothing changed. I even factory reset my phone and still no difference.

Please help in fixing the issue. Someone is misusing my number to a huge extent....

Voice special numbers

Airtel is charging a customer in the name of "voice special numbers" even when the customer has not made the call. It is their internal system and they are duping the customer by making false self-initiated calls to their internal numbers. There has to be an option of deactivating such calls but deliberately they are not providing the option of deactivating such calls.
It is a fraudulent act by Airtel and needs to be stopped.

Roaming not working in china

Postpaid International Roaming False Billing

I had opted for a One Day International Roaming pack on my postpaid (account no.[protected] which was activated on 28th May.
However in my bill for May and June I have been billed multiple times for the "one day" pack which was supposed to be valid only for 24 hours.
I had opted for Rs. 649 pack however my bill is for 5772Rs.
My phone was switched off most of the duration of my stay and there was no usage made...

Postpaid International Roaming

Airtel has an International Roaming pack with validity of one day (Rs. 649). I had purchased the same as I needed the service only for 24 hours after landing in a foreign location.

I am NRI with OCI card and citizen o[censored]SA. I have taken a prepaid number few month back so that I can one day link it with UPI using my ICICI NRO account for UPI banking.

Currently, I need to recharge this number to activate UPI on ICICI NRO account.

No network coverage and mobile internet

Internet down for 5 days. And counting. No resolution still.

My Airtel fiber internet went down around 5pm on 17th May. Even today, after multiple follow up calls to Airtel Customer Support their technical team has not even bothered to visit my home to troubleshoot the problem. Not getting UPC Cord after sending message

Sir my number was port on dated 15th Feb 2023, on 18th May.2023 i am sending Port request in 1900, the message is coming that your UPC request has been rejected due to attempting to generate Porting code within 90 days. but if we calculate the total no of days from 15th Feb to 18th May. its 92 days.

Refund not processed for failed transaction

It's been 10 days, and the refund has not been processed yet from the Airtel side. I did a recharge of Rs 239/- for [protected] using an HDFC credit card on 4th May using my Airtel Thanks App associated with the account [protected], but unfortunately, the transaction got failed, money was debited from the HDFC card and was not refunded to my credit card account so far. All of a sudden, his sim not working (no network), and went to Airtel store for a replacement sim. Then we realized that it is under name of Sujatha M which we don't know from where the hell that name came into the picture.

Refund for double recharge

Q. Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 179 and had activated a pack for next 28 days.

Next using 'Gpay' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 179and pack for next 28 days.

I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done...

Airtel does not allow calls to Jio

I see that whenever I try to call a Jio number from my Airtel, the phone does not even go through to a ring. It just disconnects without even connecting to a network and I do not even get a message of not reachable etc. While on the other side the phone is within network, and I can call to a BSNL on my friends dual sim. Also, the same time my friends are able to call back if I send an SMS stating I am not able to call. This is not an issue...

Sim swap issue - photo mismatch

I was not able to dial/receive any calls from 5th march.I called Airtel customer care and they informed me that may be my sim card is corrupted due to some reasons requested me to visit Airtel store.
