My internet is not working properly from past one month when i moved from dehradun to kullu and also switched to new phone realme narzo n53. When i sms MO to 54321 is says "your services has been blocked". My internet worked good only for few days when i moved to few select location or randomly sometime. My friends near me have 2.5mbps speed and mine is few kbps. Im not able to use my 3gb per day pack. I need this issue rectified and compensation...

I have been airtel sim and done recharge of 666 Rs which claims to provide unlimited 5G data, but it’s been a month they are not providing 5g unlimited data. It's been two weeks that I have raised this issue with Airtel but even today I am getting calls from strangers saying that I have called them. I was asked by Airtel Nodal Officer to get a dupe Sim issued and even after that nothing changed. I even factory reset my phone and still no difference.
