Airtel — not allowing me to port my number - airtel,

I am transferred from assam to delhi region, but my number is not transforming from ne region to delhi region, because of that i am unable to use my call service & 4g internet data since last one year (For which i m paying) and paying every month more than inr 700 bill.
As my plan is 499/ per month.
I visited airtel office (Nfc – new delhi) more than 20 times, every time they are saying my region will be update and i shall be able to use my number without any disturbance and use 4g internet.

As per airtel office (Nfc - delhi) i have generated more than 10 time port number but no use, since last 14-15 months i have paid more than inr 9000 and was waiting for solve the issue. But airtel has no respect and care for the customer.
Now i want to change my service provider, but airtel is not generating new port number so that i can switch my service provider.

Please resolve my issue as earlier, so that i may able to use my money which i m am paying.

I paid 165₹ yesterday on 7 march '20 and receiver says he hasn't received his amount yet. I paid using patym upi and it says that amount went to [code]@mairtel. Now is my money gone or will I receive a refund??

We are facing bad network connection.we may not using internet and there is always trouble in our circle.please check the connection carefully i hope u done.
Even after recharging with rs.46 SMS pack, still I've been deducted for all the SMS I've sent. This is rediculous and even the customer care says simply restart your mobile. Such a horrible resolution and service this is.
Date. 9/2/2020 we're recharge ₹219 in two times (₹438) but recharge's process has been not completed but amount has mynas from my account plz. Refand me emigrate
