[Resolved] Airtel — Not getting 1GB/Day on 349 plan. | |||||
I have recharged my number by Rs 349 plan for almost 4 months now and I get 1gb for 28days. With the increasing competition through other service providers (point in case - Reliance Jio) Airtel too started offering 1gb/day data for 28 days on recharge of 349. Some of my friends/relatives are even getting 2gb/day on same recharge. But not me. I raised the complaint to the customer care to which they replied - 'it varies from number to number' and that I will soon get it, which didn't happen. I have been a customer of Airtel for 7 years now. And it's a shame that people buying new airtel connection are getting the benefits and not me. Please resolve the issue as soon as you can or you won't leave me any choice but to port the current number to other service providers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
