[Resolved]  Airtel — Not getting incoming calls after porting to Airtel

Dear sir

I will try to explain you my problem and hope an action will be taken on it.

1. I have given request for porting of my vodafone number [protected] to airtel and my porting was done on 9th june 2017.
2. After that i got complaint from many of my client that they are calling me on my number but it showing my number is not valid.
3. I have visited to arc on 10th june at virar (Mumbai) he said that my number is of mumbai circle and i must visit to mumbai circle arc so i visited to borivali arc on dated 17th where i got solution that this is common issue and my issue will resolved in next 48hrs.
4. After 48 hrs also there was same issue with my number so i escalated this issues to highest escalating authority on dated 12th june that is your appellate team please find the all communication that but after chasing them for 15 days i have not got the solution.
5. I visited to borivali arc again on 20th june to find the solution and i got confirmation that within 24 hrs they will resolve my issue and told me that issue with mapping and back end team working on it. I waited for next 24 hrs but no any progress.
6. So once again i visited to borivali arc on dated 24th june as store manager ask me to change the sim i got new sim and along with that got assurance that sim new sim will activate in next 4 hrs so i waited for said time but till the 26th june my new sim is not activated.
7. So today once again i have visited to borivali arc as executive over there told me that my application of activation is pending and now she completed the procedure and sim will activate in next 2hrs and also, i will get solution for my incoming issue and text message issue but unfortunately both the issues are as it is after changing the sim also.

Dear sir i am chasing this issue since last 17days but i am only getting the commitment and not any solution. I have visited to arc for almost 8 times called customer care for almost 10x time i have taken leave every time i am visiting to arc. My professional life is completely disturbed, as i am working in customer service my client has given my complaint to my management and i got warning letter from my manager because my incoming is not working.

I am not sure if your team is working on my issue my frustration still continues and even after 17 days.

Please give me solution.
